Goldbond Ultimate Healing for dry itchy hands. My knuckles crack and bleed pretty bad every winter, especially from all the scrubbing I do at work to get oil/grease off. Cheap and you'll notice immediate results and big changes in 2 wks.

Couple bodybuilders at my gym loves the versagrips; they use em for everything. I don't know if I agree with that but they're obv not inhibiting the muscle growth!

Yah I use them on some things. Mainly standing BB rows, deadlifts, shrugs. Pretty much just pulling motions.
 
Nice shoulder volume. Keep killing those weights.

I use the Versagrips as well. Love them for pulling.
 
Day 36 - 153.2 (+7.7) bis and tris

Well I did something kinda new today, the volume was up but check this. Between each and every set I did one set of push ups, if its was a bicep motion I did close grip tricep push-ups if it was a tricep motion i did a set of wide grip push-ups. All in all my arms are toast to say the least.

Yah that pushup thing is very effective I had a lot of routnes where I added in body exercises like that as a superset.

Nice looking workout bud. Ill do that too with pushups to get the blood into the muscle even moreso.
 
Talking to my ART doc last night makes me wish I didn't have asthma. Damn guy runs 10 miles at just over a 7 minute mile average. Super happy with shoulder progress. Before ART treatments my shoulders were about 20% now I dare say they are at 90%.

Wow. ART is awesome but it can get expensive.

Yeah monte it sucks, but it was either, never throw over hand again and never train over my head or do something about it. I know what your choice would be. And actually my work puts 1750 on a flex card for a little more then half of the deductible so I'm not spending my money yet?
 
Yah I avoid long distance running though most catabolic thing I ever did. I rean 10K's for a couple years back in the day though. For body shaping walking is far superior.

Yeah that's not a hard choice. Did you notice any improvement with your joints from the 550?
 
Not really but I'm not having any issues. Plus all my issues iv had are muscular and not joint related.

Day 37 - 153.2 (+7.7lbs) legs

Ok guys today's workout was primarily just to get some work done on my legs. I got 5.5 hours of sleep last night but I really think my body is just tired of being pushed so hard. I did not want to go to the gym this morning but I'm determined not to miss one scheduled workout. My back is killing me today but I'm going to push through it. Il be at my buddy's house tonight to finish up his open wheel modified for his race on Sunday. I'm his spotter this year so it's time to have some fun. Well guys here is the un impressive workout today.

Squats - first to sets were normal, the rest were box with a pause at bottom and exploding up.

that said - if you are feeling rundown and notice recovery is lagging, either take a day and eat 25-50% more cals than what you have been, or simply take a day off to rest
i understand walking that fine line between motivated prosperousness, and madman burnout..believe me ;)
pushing yourself too hard will at some point bring about diminishing returns
 
Yeah, the time will come for rest, I take the weekends off from lifting but I think the lethargy is taking over. I know my next cycle with have something like stano involved. Iv been having issues for a while now staying awake through out the day. The scary one is falling asleep while driving. I did goto the doctor about it and he did nothin about it. Said my bloodwork is perfect and said I should see a counselor or something. A damn joke. I can't believe I have to even pay them.

Have to get that rest in so you recover from these bad ass sessions you have been putting in. Get a good rest day in with a nice re feed and you will come back even better brother.
 
Yeah il need to pump some food into me tonight or something, iv been cheating here and there just trying to make myself feel better. But again there is something else going on to that my doctor won't help me with. I'm 153lbs and 2 scoops of micro in 6 oz of water does not get me jacked up which I should. That goes for all Pre workouts. Before this cycle it was the same way, 2 scoops of condense nothing, it's jut weird why I get tired all the time. Anybody is more then welcome to shoot me a PM to chat about sh!t.
 
From what u have described it sounds like a thyroid problem......would explain the heart palpatations and lack of energy.
 
My thyroid levels a great according to pre cycle blood work. All of the issues were here before my first cycle.
 
I can say from my own experience that it's possible to get used to stims alarmingly fast, and become dependent in turn. Very easy for me to 'lose the magic' with stims and need many cups of coffee or energy supplements thru the day at work or weekends just to function. Only thing that works is a taper over a few days into no stim misery and headaches for 2-3 days.

Then I'm all good and remind myself to be more responsible next time. Right now I'm great, but all the msten and 4dhea act as big stims in their own way. Not remotely needing a preworkout since on the Ultradrol. But off cycle even I try to set a threshold of one 12oz or less coffee in morning at work and x scoops of x preworkout once/day on lift days only. Second cup of coffee on off days is optional but try to avoid.

Yeah I gave up soda about a year ago, right after I left my last job. 12hr days from 2am till 2pm Monday thru Friday and then a 6hr day on Saturday. I was drinking anywhere from 1 soda a day to 2 or 3 and also a minimum of 1 energy drink if not 3 along with the soda. I'm now off all of that but I think that job is what did it to me. Past couple days I'm drowning myself in sugar mentally thinking it will help me even though it does not. I don't get headaches either.

I also know guys I have not mentioned libido during this log. The reason for that is my libido is pretty sh!tty anyway. It was before my first cycle. It's not even garbage for a 24 year old. A 50 year old has a higher libido then me. Also part of this may have started during my last job. Again blood work is good. But anyway, chest day tomorrow.

I only had heart palp once. Back when in16 or so ad bought one of those AB energy drinks from the local gym. Probably when ephedra was still cool. Anyways had crazy awesome energy then went home and was standing around and felt my heart stop beating then it went double time to catch up. Happened a few times and scared the shyt outta me. I guess what I'm saying is I hope you can narrow down the cause of this and get it under control. Its frightening to imagine you suffering unnecessarily
 
Happens all the time. I went to ER once and they say I'm perfectly healthy.
 
The first time I cared about it I was moving for the first time so they said it was stress.
 
The thing I hate is I'm so tired. Doctor tells me to see a psychologist. I'm sure that will fix everything. Ummm no.
 
On another note, chest day tomorrow. I think I'm going to push it pretty hard and see how it goes.

This was my thinking. I used to take more and more and then more again to see the effects of any and every preworkout I had in my arsenal, gave them up a few months back and only use them when I need that extra kick and it seems to do the trick.
