Day 31 - 152.3 (+6.8) chest day


Well guys first day of epi-v. So my plan going into the gym today was keep it light as I have that golf tourney tomorrow morning, well that plan failed lol. I was in the zone this morning and felt so strong. I know I could have done more weight on bench but the lift off kills me but pressing the weight is easy. I'm glad the pictures came out well. I like the side pose my shoulder is looking great I think. Well my workout was cut short for a company breakfast but I felt like I killed it way more then what it looks like.

Pre, have you had to use any Revolution so far in your cycle?
 
Have not seen a reason too. I mean nothing weird happening. I'm not extremely positive on what would happen on these phs. 550 I believe block some estrogen so I see no reason to worry while running 550
 
hmmm I don't know if there is a big kick coming off something that is stronger I notice more hardening by the second week.

I should have said different not stronger. The fact hat you are already on may have you not noticing some things but you should notice the leaning/hardening effect.

Kinda figured that, I would notice the mirror changes,

Great bench numbers man, getting volume and some heavy work to help push that envelope.

If liftoff is draining you grip the bar tight as possible, pulling it apart like a rubberband, dig your head and upper shoulders into the bench, arch the back hard and drive with the legs to explosively squat the bar off the j-hooks. If all that is too much, just tell yourself to get tight and take it off like you own that shiz.
 
The big thing is the rack is not adjustable and top setting is a tad higher then I want and the one below it is to low.

Well time to finish getting ready and go make some money playing disc golf. Luckily I'm not sore today.
 
For the bench problem yeah, I've seen a lot of videos of people talking about how that alone drains energy from pulling it off, positioning then working.. Ive been having my friend assist me so I don't have to bring my back off the bench. Also if he isn't there, at my rec you can literally slide the bar out so I do that. Been working on volume as well

Thanks Irish. That slide off wrecks me. I could kill 200 I bet but with no lift off I can't.
 
Finally after 3.5 years I hit my first ace today. Nice 250 foot up hill about 60 foot climb in elevation, threw something I did not even think I could reach it with. Funny thing between my ART doc loosening up my shoulder and added muscle mass, my increase in arm speed is crazy. I'm smashing drives out there that I would dare say put me in the top 10 in the state in distance.

Kinda like a small dense frisbee, you have a certain distance set from starting position to a pole surrounded by chains (the hole), same rules as golf more or less in terms of how to par and all that.

There are even different types of discs that correlate to the jobs of different clubs for traditional golf and there are several throws you can use.

Pretty good way to spend an afternoon
 
Yeah and depending on the coarse you can get solid leg workout out in, and if you like me you are carrying an extra 20 pounds on your back lol.
 
Day 34 - 151.0 (+5.5) back day


Well I left my book at work all weekend so this morning was a mess. I took it kind of easy on my back, I'm been putting a lot of strain on my lower back with golf, I still hit my upper back nice and hard though. This week I'm going to bring down the amount of different exercises but increase the sets. I really need to find another gear this week, I can say the lethargy is killing me but I'm going back to perform which I think helped me last time so I'm hoping it will again. Everyone have a great Monday. Sorry about the ****ty update.

It kills me when that time comes for my fiancé. She freaks out bad. On another note my damn heart palpitations have been killin me for about a week or so. There so annoying.

Yeah I tend to laugh a little, but then again I never went through that.

Well I had a great workout today, even though my boss enjoys screwing with my lifting with her horrible scheduling but I made due. I did this entire workout in about 45 minutes. Shoulders are smoked, luckily I have an ART appointment today.

Thanks Hyde, I'm using versa grips to help but they are less for help then to protect the palms of my hands. I think I said this before but my last job had me wearing sweaty rubber dipped Kevlar gloves 12 hours a day, the palm of my right hand still drys out and itches like crazy. Ever since I started using versa grips its gotten better. I know you didn't say anything about wraps but I know you lift heavy so I figured I'd let you know.

Yeah they can be DW but today felt the best it ever have.
Definitely some nice weight on those shrugs!
