So basically my goals for this log will be to get even more lean. I want to see my abs, fat smack got me on my way, hopefully slinshot tightens the bolts and ratchets in an awesome physique!!

Diet is going to be something like this
2700-2900 calories (up 200-400 calories from diet,still cutting but going to try to lean bulk while still losing fat : might try to increase cals during this log)
40/40/20 macros

My current stats-
20yr old
169lbs
5'10
Maxes
Bench probably 260/275 (havent maxed in forever and have lost a little bit of strength from my previous cut and dropping 15/16 pounds)
Deadlift 375
Squat- 315

here was todays workout

Chest
Bench Press
barx5x2 135x5 185x3 225x2x8 These all felt awesome! I was strong and explosive! I tried for 3 on my 5th set but It didnt happen. Next time I do strength chest I will start with 3 reps each set and just drop to 2 when I cant complete the set of 3 without failing.

Incline flies @ 45*
25x10 35x8 40x8

Dips
BW(+25)x10 (+35)x6 (+35)x6

Lying tricep extensions (I think it was a 15 lb bar)
65x8x2

Also here is going to be my dosing protocol, just to make the bottle last a while, 3 pills a day, 2 with my preworkout meal, and 1 with my post workout shake

no :( they were already deployed when I got out of basic and got back last year. They didnt take many casualties so I wasnt needed :/

Sh!tty, I've heard a lot of rumor about deploying but the Intel guys are telling me it won't happen, no matter how much the Col. wants to go.

hella sick workout today, also love the slinshot, makes me look full, but not bloated! love it! almost as if i have a pump.

also, started liquid t911 and liquid formadrol for a bulk stack and slinshot will be to help shuttle those much needed nutrients to my muscles for better recovery. t911 has a very small amount of androsterone so its almost a PH but its not. Liquid Formadrol is an AI and im using that too boost the t911 and also promote the lean dry look. Anyways here is the workout, will have pics later

Incline BP
135x5 140x5 145x5 150x5 155x5 175x3 -> 135x3 (was a dropset)

Ladder cable flies, start at bottom and work way up the ladder so, 50x5x14 so 70 total reps, and hit every part of the chest.

Dips+25lbs

I just dont know why my incline numbers blow so hard! maybe its my shoulder strength / front delts.. any powerlifters or anyone who can acknowledge that issue? I can Max out pretty high like 250-275 on flat but on incline i can only do like 185-195 1rm

Db's and smith machines helped my bb incline out alot. Keep at it man. If your around a 250 flat 195-205 probably isn't that far off. When I'm bench 330-350 my inclines are only in the 260-275 max area.
 
(not that I'm that qualified...) Got a vid of your incline? Could be shoulders or could just be form, or even the amount of incline on the bench affecting the numbers...(my bench has several incline settings of varying degrees).

Those dropsets, like you're doing, have helped me a ton on busting thru roadblocks -
