FINAL REVIEW!!!!
Ok. here goes.
Muscle Hardness: 8/10- WOW> Thats all I have to say. Ive been trying Real hard to watch what I eat and Hit the weights hard!!! And what do I get, BOULDERS!!!!!
Strength: 9/10-Personal Records In all Heavy lifts. Just hit 405lb Deadlift this evening(had to hit one more PR before this was over)630 lb leg press, finally hit 225 bench. Im sure there were others but these were most noted!!
Feeling- 6/10-Well I felt great the first few weeks. The last two weeks were kind of hit and miss.Its hard to say that it was because of the 1-AD for the fact I threw in some ECA, and was kinda depleting my carbs. SOOOOOOO/ Tough one. I just was told Legarthy is common with this, hence the reason to stack, so Im sure this with my added fun times didnt help it much!!
Expectations- well, i really didnt know what to expect. I wasnt REALLY expecting too much. Because its a "MILD" PH. So.....I was fooled
Overall- Well honestly. This was a GREAT run. Only did it for 5 weeks instead of 6. Wanted to bump up to 400 sooner than originally anticipating. NEXT time(cuz there WILL be a next time) Im def, going to try the stack Of 1-ad, 4-ad and deca-vol. Thinking 6 weeks and starting at 400 with teh 1-ad week 1. HELLS YEAH. For being "mild" very much impressed with the results.
If im leaving ANYTHING out please dont be afraid to ask.
