I'm a huge fan of strength gains, I'll be starting my cycle in just over a week, definitely throwing in some SUP3R-Epi for the strength! 500lbs+ Deadlift, here I come! Just make sure you keep eating awesome food like you have been, and those 120lbs DBs will be up in the air before you know it!

It's the lift I aspire to most! Stuck at 495lbs as my one rep max on Deadlift. A 405lbs pull is very respectable, I wouldn't be surprised if you killed 425lbs on this cycle! I'd love to log my cycle, but between my swing shift job, and rep work for Olympus, time is short. And a log as detailed as this fine one here takes time!

Now on to my leg routine today. Rep range was between 14-18 reps with 45-60 second rest periods between sets. It was brutal.

Squats:
45x20 (warm up)
135x15 (warm up)

Switched to wide stance:

185x14 (felt like puking at this point lol, fast paced)

Leg extensions:
155x14 (4 sets)

Lying leg curls:
80x18
95x14 (3 sets)

Hack squats:
140x14 (4 sets, after set 3 I went to the bathroom and threw up a little lol, got my head straight and finished my 4th set like a ****in boss)

Calf raises:
90x18 (4 sets)

Was supposed to hit abs also but was completely smoked from the short rest periods. So I will be hitting my abs up either later today or after chest tomorrow. Heading out to go hiking now for some cardio. Not going to feel good on the legs lol.

Guess so. Never got a message from the admin or anything. Rules were pretty vague when I looked them over. Actually didn't see anything about shirts. NewAgeMayan having trouble finding that rule, could you link to it? Don't want to post anything I'm not supposed to again.

Feel like something is starting to kick in. Had a great pump today. Felt like a beast. Also, my tolerance for bull**** is much more limited lol. Some of the guys I work with are idiots but normally I can just laugh and think to myself "wow you are such a tool." Today I wasn't as restrained. Not saying I'm turning in to an ******* because it isn't that, but I found myself on a couple occasions either being very sarcastic or calling people out on their bs. The alpha male euphoria is kicking in. And it totally is euphoric... Feels ****ing great. Go ahead, be a dip**** in the gym, I'll throw a 45lb plate at your head like a Frisbee! Hats off to OL UK, great stuff! Took me almost 3 weeks to feel this on the other brand I used before.

Lunch today was some of my leftover chicken fajita mix combined with sautéed zucchini and carrots. Had a protein shake earlier. Dinner tonight will be some form of breakfast with eggs and bacon, maybe a breakfast burrito? Since I don't eat breakfast anymore I occasionally make it for dinner because I love it.

Not going to lie you guys got me extremely jealous, over here in south Florida were getting scorching heat already and the only time were above ground level is on the highway, need to experience a good hike at some point in my life

I'm in Virginia, hikes aren't what I'm used to growing up in California as far as elevation and such. But we have some great woods to walk through here. I'm in South Florida (key west specifically) for work and really enjoy the runs along the beach and the hot weather to get a good sweat!

South Florida! My man! I was born in Florida! Boca Raton, Palm Beach County bro! I miss the sun! Up north, the summers are fine, but trust me, these 6 month long winters of grey skies and cold weather just aren't worth the other 6 months you can hike! Haha.

So today is day 11 and I feel I'm starting to notice the andros. Have a pumped feeling throughout the day, even tho I'm cutting my sleeves are feeling tighter on my biceps again, and aggression in the gym has been great. Today was back day.

So diet has still been good. Decided however to lower my carb and sodium intake. Noticed I've been retaining water and want to eliminate that. Other than that all is well!

The triple stack should definitely be starting to kick in. Sounds good. I can feel compounds fairly early although it always takes a week or two to build actual new muscle rather than just weight from increased nitrogen and water retention. More good stuff is yet to come:).

Did some cardio after that routine. Gym got a new exercise back called an assault bike if anyone has used it. It's ****ing brutal. Its kind of comical to watch someone on it, it's one of those old school bikes where your hands move along with your feet. I did 15 minutes total, 2 minutes moderate intensity followed by 1 minute of higher intensity using only my arms. I was smoked after this. Crazy good workout.

Crushed my legs today. Legs almost gave out on me after a couple of the sets trying to walk lol. Tomorrow I'll be crawling around on my hands and knees! Today was high rep with drop sets. Andros are definitely kicking in, today is the first day of week 3. According to the app I use to track my workouts I hit a PR on almost every exercise today using the weight to rep ratio. Felt unstoppable!

So I figured I'd post up a progress side by side of my progress so far. The changes aren't drastic (I expect most of the results in the 2nd half of the cycle) but they are there.
Probably what draws my eye the most is my waistline appears a bit tighter. Again not a drastic change but progress is showing. The picture on the left was taken I think a few days or so before I started the cycle so this is a little over 2 weeks of change.
