So it's time for my final review of this run of Olympus Labs UK Sup3r-1, Sup3r-4, and Sup3r-Epi.
This was an outstanding stack. To recap my goals for this run I was looking for recomp, which I definitely think I achieved. Am I where I want to be yet? No. But I have made some serious progress towards my goals. And despite the fact that I was training fasted and looking to cut down, I managed to increase my muscle size literally everywhere on my body, which you will see in my ending stats. I definitely saw some great gains running these and I think you guys will be impressed by my progress photos. So lets get to the review.

Bodyfat: Still unknown, I have no way available to me to accurately measure this.

Upper arm - 14.25(R), 14(L)
Mid thigh - 21(both sides)
Upper chest - 39.5
Upper body around shoulders - 49.5
Waist around navel - 34

Strength Gains: It's hard to tell how much my strength increased since I have not gone for 1 rep maxes in a long time. However, based on a weight to rep ratio my strength has dramatically increased on every lift.
Ease of Use
This is an extremely easy product to use. I know you must be thinking, its a pill, how can it not be easy? Well, these are very well dosed. So you don't have to take a million pills to get a good dose of this stuff. And spread throughout the day, you won't be taking a whole handful of pills every time. Also, I love the fact that each product has its own color code. I can't tell you how many times with other products I have gotten pills mixed up. I prestage my supplements in a box divided up by hour of the day, so I'm taking exactly what I need when I need it. Accidentally drop one in the wrong slot with a bunch of others that are the exact same and boom, who knows? Definitely won't have that issue here!
Potency
I started noticing the effects by week 2. That is a whole week or so faster than I noticed with other products like these. And it didn't stop there, the strength kept increasing till probably week 5 or 6 and then leveled out for the rest of the cycle. I'm not sure if it is their specific delivery method or just quality of the product, but it works! Now with all of that said, these are obviously not miracle pills. You need to put the work in, and you need to have a diet that goes with your goals, as with everything.
Side Effects
This whole run was very mild on side effects. The main side effect I experienced was acne on my back. They are huge zits, but a nice collection of small ones on my shoulders. Also, I had some very mild hair shedding that lasted about a week. I have noticed no thinning of my hair, or any real loss in thickness. But for a while I would run my hand through my hair and come out with a few strands. This is most likely from the Epi that I was running at 1g a day. I purchased some DHT blocking shampoo to be safe and had no additional issues. I am not prone to MPB (that I know of) so if you are I would recommend starting the shampoo from the beginning. And if you have never run this product before, start with the recommended dose of 500mg a day. Other than those two minor things I had no other negative sides whatsoever. Positive side effects included increased aggression in the gym and an intense focus, strength increase, and muscle density. Literally felt pumped just walking around. It was great! Forgot to mention, I did not have any issues whatsoever with gyno.

So like I said above, I really had a great time with this. I am looking forward to running a natty cycle with OL UK's products after I finish PCT. I highly recommend this stack to anyone looking for some good gains. Would like to give a huge thank you to Olympus Labs UK and

After / Before Photos
So, the standing unflexed photos, I don't see a tremendous difference in the pictures. It was really hard to capture it on the camera. But to put things in to perspective, in the before photos (on the right) I was squeezing in to size 34 pants, on the current photos (on the left) I am fitting comfortable in size 32.

That last photo the angle was a little weird and make my biceps look way different sizes.
My recomp will continue, it will take time. I have a lot to lose lol. Bulking is just so much fun though am I right? But I would definitely love to see my abs again by the end of the year. So, I'm just going to keep doing what I have to do and I'll get there.
