Thinking about getting some natty anabolics for my pct. Currently my pct is just nolva and sup3r pct. Thinking about ordering some ep1c and str3ngth unleashed. Test1fy looks interesting though also. Jebrook NewAgeMayan what do you guys think about adding these to pct?
EU and SU for sure. I prefer Transdermal for both. Testify is awesome but I would wait until week 4 to begin it. This is my pct regimen right now basically.

What about follidrone 2.0 after pct as a strength aid. I've heard good things about it but never used it myself. Anyone have an input on this?
 
So all the carbs I ate last week must have pumped me up quite a bit. Had 4 different people tell me I looked huge in the gym today (muscular huge not fat huge lol). So felt pretty good. The cycle is now over and PCT starts tomorrow. Decided I'm just going to run my serm and sup3r pct and save the natty anabolics for a nice in between run to keep things going.
Will try to get my final review up tomorrow but seeing as I'll be working till 3am tonight I might wait till Wednesday to write it up. Still pretty jet lagged and feeling tired. A lot of traveling lately.

So it's time for my final review of this run of Olympus Labs UK Sup3r-1, Sup3r-4, and Sup3r-Epi.

This was an outstanding stack. To recap my goals for this run I was looking for recomp, which I definitely think I achieved. Am I where I want to be yet? No. But I have made some serious progress towards my goals. And despite the fact that I was training fasted and looking to cut down, I managed to increase my muscle size literally everywhere on my body, which you will see in my ending stats. I definitely saw some great gains running these and I think you guys will be impressed by my progress photos. So lets get to the review.

My Cycle (Final)
Weeks 1-8
Sup3r-1 @ 330mg ED
Sup3r-4 @ 330mg ED
Sup3r-Epi @ 1g ED
Ar1macare Pro (As prescribed)

Staple supps were BCAA, Fish Oil, and Multivitamin.

Starting / Ending Stats
Weight: Started 184lbs / Ended 182lbs
Bodyfat: Still unknown, I have no way available to me to accurately measure this.

Upper arm - 14.25(R), 14(L)
Mid thigh - 21(both sides)
Upper chest - 39.5
Upper body around shoulders - 49.5
Waist around navel - 34
ENDING:
Will get these tomorrow at work, no tape at home.

Strength Gains: It's hard to tell how much my strength increased since I have not gone for 1 rep maxes in a long time. However, based on a weight to rep ratio my strength has dramatically increased on every lift.

Ease of Use
This is an extremely easy product to use. I know you must be thinking, its a pill, how can it not be easy? Well, these are very well dosed. So you don't have to take a million pills to get a good dose of this stuff. And spread throughout the day, you won't be taking a whole handful of pills every time. Also, I love the fact that each product has its own color code. I can't tell you how many times with other products I have gotten pills mixed up. I prestage my supplements in a box divided up by hour of the day, so I'm taking exactly what I need when I need it. Accidentally drop one in the wrong slot with a bunch of others that are the exact same and boom, who knows? Definitely won't have that issue here!

Potency
I started noticing the effects by week 2. That is a whole week or so faster than I noticed with other products like these. And it didn't stop there, the strength kept increasing till probably week 5 or 6 and then leveled out for the rest of the cycle. I'm not sure if it is their specific delivery method or just quality of the product, but it works! Now with all of that said, these are obviously not miracle pills. You need to put the work in, and you need to have a diet that goes with your goals, as with everything.

Side Effects
This whole run was very mild on side effects. The main side effect I experienced was acne on my back. They are huge zits, but a nice collection of small ones on my shoulders. Also, I had some very mild hair shedding that lasted about a week. I have noticed no thinning of my hair, or any real loss in thickness. But for a while I would run my hand through my hair and come out with a few strands. This is most likely from the Epi that I was running at 1g a day. I purchased some DHT blocking shampoo to be safe and had no additional issues. I am not prone to MPB (that I know of) so if you are I would recommend starting the shampoo from the beginning. And if you have never run this product before, start with the recommended dose of 500mg a day. Other than those two minor things I had no other negative sides whatsoever. Positive side effects included increased aggression in the gym and an intense focus, strength increase, and muscle density. Literally felt pumped just walking around. It was great! Forgot to mention, I did not have any issues whatsoever with gyno.

Additional Comments
So like I said above, I really had a great time with this. I am looking forward to running a natty cycle with OL UK's products after I finish PCT. I highly recommend this stack to anyone looking for some good gains. Would like to give a huge thank you to Olympus Labs UK and Jebrook NewAgeMayan for giving me the opportunity to log these products. It's by far the best product line I have logged/ran so far.

After / Before Photos
So, the standing unflexed photos, I don't see a tremendous difference in the pictures. It was really hard to capture it on the camera. But to put things in to perspective, in the before photos (on the right) I was squeezing in to size 34 pants, on the current photos (on the left) I am fitting comfortable in size 32.

That last photo the angle was a little weird and make my biceps look way different sizes.

My recomp will continue, it will take time. I have a lot to lose lol. Bulking is just so much fun though am I right? But I would definitely love to see my abs again by the end of the year. So, I'm just going to keep doing what I have to do and I'll get there.

Great review brother! But the difference is definitely there ! You look leaner with still muscle mass on you , waist is definitely visibly smaller and back looks wider . Great run bro I really enjoyed it !

PCT started a little rough. Don't know if it was because I was jet lagged or because I started pct, or a combination of both but I've been a zombie all week. Barely able to keep my eyes open. But today I felt great! Had tons of energy in the gym and had a really badass workout. The nolva must be doing its thing and raising my testosterone. Hope this keeps up for the rest of pct!
 
Back in the routine again. Energy is high, workouts have been great. Actually hit a personal best on squats yesterday 315x6. Just kept going and going. Legs are sore today. No lifting today but there was a solid swell so I got two surf sessions in, morning and evening. Weight is still sitting at 182lbs but I have a feeling I'll be at 181lbs in the morning. Been eating really healthy and sticking to my fasting protocol. First week of pct is down, three to go!
 
Good workout today. Hit my shoulders and tris. As a finisher I did a superset with muscle snatch and carries (20yds down, drop, snatch, walk back) and wall medicine ball thrusters. It was pretty awesome. PCT still going as planned. Already looking forward to my next run lol

Ya idk why I've been so hesitant to try it. Think I'm going to next time or a nolva/clomid combo. I plan on my next cycle being a quite a bit stronger and just in time for bulking season :)

Weight in the morning has been fluctuating between 178-179lbs depending on what I eat the night before. Overall diet has stayed very clean. Strength has continued to increase. Hit the 105lb DBs on incline press for 6 reps today and a second set for 3 with 2 additional reps with the assistance of a spotter. I am very close to seeing my abs, I can see the outer edges but none of the individual abs. I'll try and get a good picture tomorrow. Don't feel like I've lost any muscle in PCT. Good times!

Good update. PCT is the worst IMO but sounds like you're still grinding it out nicely.
 
Alright dudes there's the progress pic. 2 weeks in to pct and dropped a lot of the water I was holding. This is the leanest I've been in a long long time. Feels pretty good. Still not where I want to be tho but definitely making progress!

Pct is going well. A week and a few days left. Got some acne scrub for my shoulders and back and it's really helping. Starting to clear up a lot.
Strength has not gone down, muscle has not diminished.
All the gains from the andros are here to stay. That's the good thing about making relatively slow gains, for the most part it is real muscle and not just mass from glycogen retention or water. In my experience on 4-andro you will retain water, but you will still build muscle that you will retain. And when you stop taking the andro it really shows the muscle you were able to retain.
If you put in the work anything is possible! I have a long way to go but real progress is slow and I will never stop working hard for perfection.
