Gear is a very good product. I used it almost the entire time I was layed up from surgery, along with Powerchews BCAA. I also used a HGH booster to help me sleep better at night..
When I use gear, I mainly take 3 to 4 caps three times a day. But as Rick said earlier or confirmed earlier, I would also be interested in using it preworkout and then postworkout to see if that makes a difference. Either way, you cant go wrong with Gear and I do like the idea of having them at work, esp when you are having trouble getting enough protein in on a particular day or not eating what we would consider a good meal. This thread has just reminded me that I need to order some more bottles of GEAR.
