gain muscle loose fat?

Does anyone know a good product out there that can help shred body fat but at the same time keep muscle and even gain muscle? What would be the best product out there to obtain this goal? I am already pretty bulked just want to get those perfect abbs. help appreciated!!!
 
Your stats say you are 18. Post up your daily diet and training and any supplements you are taking and we can go from there.
 
what is clen? is it safe?

Clenbuterol. It's a powerful stimulant. Can be bought at research chem sites. I prefer albuterol as it does not have as long a half life (I like to sleep) and the sides are much more in your hands. Clenbuterol also needs to be dosed with something that clears receptors. Albuterol usually doesn't if used properly.

If you don't have a research chem source (easy to find) then try an ECA stack. That's Ephedrine, Caffeine, and Aspirin (the aspirin being the least important part). It's a fast way to lose fat while preserving muscle (less time dieting, less time losing muscle).

It's hard to simply lose fat and gain muscle. Most would need to be a complete beginner to lifting weights and eating well or be on steroids (and not at their top level). With steroids you still need a great diet and exercise routine, so, the answer is eat well and exercise well.
 
cardio and do a clean bulk, like low fat foods and keep training a bulking training routine. low reps, compound mvmts.
 
try Anabolic Pump. It's safe for you and works great on me. Check it out. diet must be in check for it to work it's magic though.
 
I highly doubt that you are going to lose fats AND build muscle at the same time. Even with ped it is going to be a hard task.

Now you can lose fat and possibly maintain a certain amount of muscle which will make you look bigger. After you lose fat, you can start to pack on some muscle by eating clean. But if you are asking about doing in together, it is not happening.

Maybe he won't but there are ways to get it done, I don't have much of a problem myself, and with modern supplementation I have seen it done even in contest prep. Not tons of muscle no, but a couple lbs during a cut is very doable, provided your diet is spot on and your supplement portfolio is addressing both that loss an anabolism. The key is to remain anabolic while losing weight. Nutrient partioning and macronutrient cycling can be used to ehance this effect as well. I have to tell you contest prepping is a lot better when your strength is going up instead of down.

Anywho point is, if you know what your doing and are a reasonably efficient body type you should be able to add a bit of lean mass while you cut. The margin for error is small though and it gets smaller as you get leaner. The right diet the right amount of cardio with the right supps.
 
Right now my diet is pretty clean with lean meats,fruits, vegetables, and other natural foods. The only supplement im taking right now is 100% whey protein. As for training i play high school rugby so im in the gym 5-6 days a week:

Monday-Chest, triceps,abbs
Tuesday-back, biceps
Wensday-shoulders, traps,abbs
Thursday-triceps, biceps,
Friday-Off Day
Saturday-legs
Sunday-Off Day
 
look into anabolic pump, and maybe stack it with animal cuts. i have heard great reviews from both. Eat real clean and you will see results but look into those two products.
 
i was looking into the RPM and drive stack and just wonderin how many bottles it took to start seeing results?

You'll see some benefits before the end of the first bottle, but really needs to be run as 8 weeks at the least. So you'd want to buy 2 bottles of each.
