Your one input made a big difference towards the end. It is not OK to have a frozen yogurt for lunch everyday. Even if it's just 3 oz. Why waste your calories on sugar when you could be taking in something more nutritious. I have taken Recompadrol for granted and let it try to take care of anything bad I ate. If your goal is to cut, having wasted calories is just dumb. Thank you for pointing that out and also dealing with my unnecessary outburst in a professional manner.

I really enjoyed following along and you did a great job keeping things interesting. I'm truly impressed by how you were able to drop 20lbs while adding a considerable amount of strength. You showed just how much hard work, dedication, and proper supplementation can pay off. Great job buddy! I'm looking forward to seeing the continuation of your journey.

Thank you Breezy !!! Your words during this run helped me with confidence and reading how you are killing it in your run kept me motivated to work just as hard.

This stack really did wonders keeping my weight down and helping drop fat while I kept going for heavy lifts. Also, this being my first year of serious workouts is helping me achieve PRs. Still a blank template until I start to reach a plateau. Definitely has been satisfying run so far. One more phase to go.

Thank you LTL. Your support throughout this run was much appreciated. It really helped out during the rough times. I definitely used your workout as a template to add couple exercises that really help shape the muscle. (HS wide chest and v bar pull down) thanks again.

I can't say enough about EBF and what they have done for me and this is a stack I will use regularly.

Have some dental issues so I am on real drug. LOL. Penicillin and Percocet. 1-2 weeks off then final cut for 30 days.

I know. I followed all the logs on AM. PJ, LTL and Airborne. Definitely a monster stack.

Zach is also sending me some osthole. If he does. I will definitely log it.
