Hello there Miss Q.

I tried to in the beginning. My joints are too creaky and I couldn't do a full MD workout. So I pick out several at a time that look interesting and try them out. 1-2 per workout. I use ones with little bit less stress and use them as finishers to end my workouts. It's definitely helping me finish stronger with better pump.

I use them exclusively for shoulder and back. Legs on occasion. Haven't found what I liked for chest yet.

I have heard a lot of positive things MD's style of training (especially for leg's) and will have to give it a go as well!!

Felt real strong today. 335 is not a PR, but it is the most I have lifted this year and it went up amazingly easily with no help.

Flyes and flat presses felt great as well and I had a sense of purpose and aggression. I felt real focused with the task at hand.

Wanted to go heavy hammer strength dips, but my shoulders were hurting a bit. Went with body weight dips instead. It might be time to layoff the incline presses a bit to give this shoulder angle a break.

Will have plenty to say about supplements in the final review so I will save it till then.
 
Damn....change in plans.

Nurse just cancelled on me for today. Rescheduled to Friday 22nd. Luckily I have enough supplement to last me till then.

That will make this a 42 day log or 6 weeks total.
 
I think I missed something, what happened?? Lol

I was supposed to end the log yesterday. Had appointment to get measurements and body fat check today. She cancelled. Postponed till Friday. I am extending this run another 3 days because if that. Sucks. I was ready to have some cheat meals today's.

Long day at work. Did not feel up to pushing max weight. Did my version of GVT to start. Did not really pick up pace until I got to stretchers. Finished strong with one arm pulldowns. Felt a real nice stretch in my lats. Perfect finisher.

Good sweat during GVT.

Probably just comment on workouts till final review from this point forward.
 
Crazy volume Fumoney. I doubt I'd have anything left after the first couple exercises. Impressive weight on the stretchers as well.

Stretchers are quickly becoming my favorite exercise. I think it fits me to a tee.

I want to thank everyone who stopped by since the news. Especially snags, cheda, wasme, LTL, packers, runner and through PM....EBF Inc. it really meant a lot to me to hear your concerns.

I wanted to get back into things, but there are still too much uncertainties to devote much time to it.

I am not going to comment on the job situation other than its a waiting game right now. Also it's probably best to not let out what I am thinking until there is a finality to my status.

Sorry to have left this log suddenly. I did get all the measurements but did not take any pictures. All the happy hours with my coworkers since the news did not help either. I am not sure what any review I put in at this point will mean since there has been a 2 week break since I stopped taking the supplements. Couldn't spend any money without knowing.

You guys pretty much know the gains I made with the EBF stack last year. It left me at best shape i have ever been in the last 15 years. Not bad at 42. This new stack was supposed to be a finisher replacing natty v (very underrated in my opinion) with Forskolin, Agmatine and Vanillean.

I wanted it to be special and meaningful and devoted a lot of time to get it started. I tried to use my background running clinical trials to enhance the validity of results. I am angry that I could not finish it in the same manner.

I hope the page views this log generated have given attention to EBF that it deserved. Zach is a true innovator in this industry and I have learned a lot from him. Recompadrol is a staple for life for me. Both the earlier log last year and this log pretty much showed me how my body reacts to this product. I can't think of being without it.

AAV2 for me was a good synergetic supp to use with Recompadrol. I just hesitate to give it the highest rating because I did not feel the Thermo effect. I lost fat each time using it so it is doing something for me internally that I can't pin point yet. I suspect it helps me somehow with appetite control since I am never hungry when using it. I still think my tolerance to spicy food prevents me from getting a full effect and others may get better results with it. For this reason, I would probably not use Vanillean or any product with capsaicin as a key ingredient.

Forskolin and Agmatine definitely has a place for me pre workout wise. I never had a bad workout during the run and pumps and veins were crazy....even with me carrying so much body fat.

I would probably look for some type of PWO with these ingredients in it. I have never used PWO regularly in the past and Enhanced peaked my interest during my sample trial. (Thank you BPJohn) I think Enhanced with Forskolin and additional Agmatine would be sweet to use as PWO in a workout on empty stomach.

No strength gains during this run but the workouts were very productive. All my lifts were slightly lower than personal best but endurance was off the charts. The weight I lift can be validated in videos I posted last year. All current lifts are in my wheelhouse as they say.

Life threw me a curve ball at age 43. Unfortunately, only thing I can hit these days are softballs. I can rebound from this. In fact I know I can rebound from this. My energy is starting to come back and motivation is starting to build. I know I should be cutting, but feel like throwing iron around. Maybe even take a chance and go on a PH run.

I like to end this post by thanking Zach again for his generosity. You helped me achieve something special last year and your ongoing support.....well I just don't have the words.

Glad to hear from you man. You definitely can rebound and come back better from it all... Life is a constant learning process and often a waiting game. Just focus on the things that nobody can take away from you like health, family, friends, the weights, etc. At the end if the day- the other "stuff" isn't all that important.

I read about what happened when you first posted about the job cuts. Really bad deal and we all felt for you. I hope everything comes back around and starts to make life easier and better. Just a rough patch in life. Excellent log overall :). Ill for sure be on the lookout for your next log FU.
 
I hope all is well Fumoney. I went through a similar situation with my company a few years ago and know how tough it can be.
 
Fufu you know as soon as I saw your job think I was praying. I have gone nutts missing my brother! I didn't know if you got sick on us or had something terrible besides the job cut. My dad's 61 and lost his federal job this month as well. He only needed 1 more year to get his full retirement. If you ever need me brother hit me up you know how!!

Softball team is 2-0. 2 blowout wins so far. Meat of the schedule coming up. 4-7 to date. 4 runs scored, 3 singles and a double. Double was a line drive over the left center fielders glove. He told me he couldn't believe a line drive would carry so far and get to him so fast.

Should have been a triple. I noticed that the horrible diet and no supplements effected me a bit already. Felt bloated and did not have that extra kick.

Feeling much better this week. Gotta get back on track with diet and exercise.

Idc though Cause im feeling really good and ready to smack the balls. Yes marms I said balls!!

That's great. Sucks about the HR rules. Hit the gaps and the balls will smack regardless. LOL.

The pump sets in the middle of workout set things up nicely while resting triceps to finish with decent weight on over and back presses. Shoulders, triceps and forearms were pumped up like crazy. Couldn't move my arms or lift them when I was done. I know I over did it, but it felt great to workout like that again. There was definitely some reserved aggression and purpose to the workout.
 
Sounds like ball is going well, and a solid working... glad to see you are able to enjoy life a bit more! Keep it up brother..
