Agreed. That's a crazy shoulder workout Fumoney! I would've tapped out long before attempting the 6 ways.

Made a typo. 20 reps on HS was only on first superset. Edited.

It was weird that I could not even hold 10lbs without shoulders burning and having extreme urges to bend the elbows.

Over and back presses are amazing and gave me sick pumps. Must add for next week.

Seriously, I've never had shoulder pumps like that ever.

That is a helluva workout FU.... How were the front/back shoulder presses. I rarely go behind the neck.

Wasme, you gotta try the over and back presses. I made a mistake in starting too heavy. It feels amazing though. Just make sure you don't lower it too much when you go behind the head and go at a nice rhythm.

Go for it! I haven't tried them on the Smith, but standing BB over and backs light my shoulders up. The constant tension (no lockout) feels great.

I might try it with smith next time for more stability and weight for variance.

LOL, ended up getting out of the there a bit early. Had a great workout... those front/behind presses were killer! I ended up doing them last to just try them, but think I will certainly add them to my shoulder routine..
 
Sorry for the slow updates. The work took the entire week out of me. Still logged in occassionally to comment, but could not put together updates to post. I got my workouts in and diet was on point. I added prone shrugs last week and it felt great. Trying to max out and had to drop the bar each time like a lunk head. Glad I don't goto Planet Fitness.
 
I have been slowly adding some of those meadows exercises to my workouts... Will try the prone shrugs tomorrow.

2/26 to 3/3

I have leaned out significantly in the last week. I can see differences in waist and also see more cuts on my arms, legs and chest. Things are kicking in full force and hope to see more changes in the last 10 days of this log to close it out strong. What's weird is that I have done very little cardio due to time constraints. I tried to make my workout intense enough where I would make up for lack of cardio.

Arm and chest workouts were decent for the week, but I really pushed the bar on legs and back. Each day I almost threw up. Actually threw up a little in my mouth during back day.

I got up to 720 lbs on leg press. I am still little weary of my knees so I am going up 90 lbs per session. Still don't know what my ceiling is yet. Going full ROM on these to maximize contraction. My legs do feel weaker and wobbly on drop sets, so I put my arms cross in front to catch my legs just in case. I am a sweaty disoriented mess after leg press and I love it.

Added another mountain dog movement to my back day. Prone shrugs ! Still learning and had issues controlling 145 lbs. I feel pressure on my lower back as I do these, so I need to keep watching the video to get the form down. Either way, pump in upper back and traps are unreal after I am done !

Same story elsewhere. No bloating whatsoever and my body has adjusted to higher calories. Not sure how many pounds I will lose because of this, but there is definitely recomp going in. I see others cutting at 2000-2200 calories per day. I don't think I regret going with 3000 calories.

No sweating throughout the day. This is now almost a conclusion for me. These products do not affect my body temperature at rest. They do however make me sweat much more than usual during workouts. Not sure what to make of this. I used to sweat like crazy last year before I dropped a lot of weight. Maybe I am really not prone to sweating if I am not such a fat ass.

Appetite.....crushed !!!
I have to watch the clock to make sure I eat as I don't get hunger pangs at all. The addition of morning coffee certainly helps in this regard, but the supplements are doing their job throughout the day.

I feel stronger with full of energy and my muscles are definitely harder throughout the day. The ridiculous pumps have subsided with better pacing during workouts but do I love the way they look all pumped up after workout. Veins have definitely come back into the picture s well.

10 days to go till finish line.
 
Knowing you have ran Recompadrol + AAV2 in the past but at less calories, I am wondering if you think you are getting much from Vanillean? and if so what ...

Vanillean is a stim free thermogenic fat burner. They state that effect is similar to eating jalapeños without getting the burning effect in the mouth.

Honestly, if that is the mechanism and if sweating or increase in body heat is what I should be seeing, then I would have to say I am a non-responder. Could it be working in the back ground synergistically with other products ? Possibly. But cannot point or not point to this product as the cause.

I am going to say I am a non responder because hot foods do not bother me. It would have to be extremely hot for me to feel uncomfortable. For example, Sri racha (hot sauce found in Thai/vietnamese restaurants) is like ketchup to me. I am probably a bad example because of this and your experience with it maybe different.

I did have several bouts of thermo effect in the office which I now discount since I am no longer experiencing it.

One thing I can't figure out though is why my appetite is so low. Result of IF ? Synergistic effect ? Not sure.

A friend of mine at work, was in Florida for a week or so. Arrived back yesterday. I now have 3 bottles of Recompadrol and 2 bottles of Versa on my desk. Now I need my plan of attack lol. That said, my wife is going to Texas next week - I also have some goddies sitting at my brother in law's for her to bring back too. Going to be a good few months! (just reread this sounds like I have drug mules lol)

LOL... It's like people wanting to goto Canada for prescription drug. Gotta do whatever works these days. Looks like you are getting some good stuff. I have 6 bottles of Versa-1, Compound 20, ABE, Enhanced, MassHGH and Alphamine ready to go after this log is done.

Same routine different weekday. My day starts with a large cup of black coffee. That holds my appetite till lunchtime and I eat a large lunch. I never get that feeling of bloat with Recompadrol and also do not get that afternoon tireness. After lunch I have a shake to hold me over for the rush hour commute. Come home and have a large dinner. Energy level is pretty high at this point and I go to the gym to workout. Then have an after workout shake and go to bed.

This seems to be working for me as I see a noticeable difference in the mirror. I can't wait to get all measurements next week as I close this log. Really curious to see what they are as several peeks onto the scale at home is showing that I am not dropping lbs. More of a recomp due to higher calories and forskolin/Agmatine ? Not sure, but I am really enjoying the changes. My pants are definitely looser and this is ending up being a nice kickoff for this year.

I am very happy with my back and leg workouts. It kicks my a** enough everyday to feel like throwing up sometimes. I think those non-stop drop sets are really pushing the limits. I have adjusted my shoulder workout as well incorporating more mountain dog movements and it kicked my a** yesterday. Tried the smith for front and back press and I liked the feeling of handling more weight. To finish ? Six ways with 10 lbs. did as much as I could while holding form.

My next goal is try to do the same with chest. These workouts really give me the sense that I have accomplished something each day.

For six ways, I usually struggle before form breaks when I bring the arms back to front to do front raise. It feels great though.

I am becoming a believer in mountain dog training everyday.

I love the struggle of trying to finish with 6 ways. It does a good job of letting you know your shoulders are toast.

I only have another 1.5 weeks left, but I'll be going back to it shortly after. I believe! Haha
