Agreed. That's a crazy shoulder workout Fumoney! I would've tapped out long before attempting the 6 ways.
Made a typo. 20 reps on HS was only on first superset. Edited.
It was weird that I could not even hold 10lbs without shoulders burning and having extreme urges to bend the elbows.
Over and back presses are amazing and gave me sick pumps. Must add for next week.
Seriously, I've never had shoulder pumps like that ever.
