Long workday.......meetings after meetings after meeting.......
Little run down all day due to work and ended up eating more carbs than usual. Food is usually brought in and I couldn't hog all the protein that was available. Still not to bad where I ended up at.
Appetite and bloating still in check. Vanillean and Recompadrol continues to shine there. Bloating increased initially after meal, but it subsided quickly. Muscles are still hard during the day and fully pumped during workouts. Addition of Agmatine and nutrition partitioning affect of Recompadrol at work.
Had little less than 1 hour to workout.
Got in decent chest work and finished it off with quick cardio until gym closed.
Did regular bench work for chest. Could not go all out without a spotter, but honestly....don't know if having a spotter would have helped. Went slower than normal to control the weight and did not have much left for max attempts. No worries. Chest was fully pumped, which is really all that matters.
I will get into more specialized work after this cut. I am more interested in putting satisfactory amount of work in now to go along with dieting.
Legs tomorrow........ugh !
