Long workday.......meetings after meetings after meeting.......

Little run down all day due to work and ended up eating more carbs than usual. Food is usually brought in and I couldn't hog all the protein that was available. Still not to bad where I ended up at.

Appetite and bloating still in check. Vanillean and Recompadrol continues to shine there. Bloating increased initially after meal, but it subsided quickly. Muscles are still hard during the day and fully pumped during workouts. Addition of Agmatine and nutrition partitioning affect of Recompadrol at work.

Had little less than 1 hour to workout.

Got in decent chest work and finished it off with quick cardio until gym closed.

Did regular bench work for chest. Could not go all out without a spotter, but honestly....don't know if having a spotter would have helped. Went slower than normal to control the weight and did not have much left for max attempts. No worries. Chest was fully pumped, which is really all that matters.

I will get into more specialized work after this cut. I am more interested in putting satisfactory amount of work in now to go along with dieting.

Legs tomorrow........ugh !

It's been a while since I got off the smith machine. Felt pretty good. Nothing beats regular benches for feeling alpha.

Started the day early and was stuck at work till real late. When I got home it was too late to hit the gym and honestly I did not have the energy to.

Don't have any comments actually. Just a day of meetings and sitting in my office working. Did not have issues with appetite or energy.

Did pretty good with diet considering. The dining hall had lots of turkey and chicken and vegetables.

Usually work from home on Fridays. Had a chance to wind down a bit after yesterday. Tried to get most of the work done in the morning, I can rest up and get a decent workout in. Started at 4:30 am fully awake. Got early morning conference calls done, finished off a lot of paperwork and wrapped everything up by 1 pm on 3 cups of black coffee.

No hunger and appetite issues as my mind was really focused on work.

Took a nice nap and got up refreshed. Did some food shipping and made dinner for my GF. I do that once every 3 months. Yeah, I am not a good cook. I can cook pasta though and cook up meat in vegetable. In this case it was sausage and shrimp on fettuccini. No sauce other than olive oil, seasoning and garlic from the meat and vegetable mixture. It was actually pretty good.

I am eating more carb than normal. I just got sick of eating fat to supplement my calories. (Even though it is good fat) its really giving me better energy in recent week as expected. Still hitting my protein target and keeping carb intake under control.

At night at the gym, I had one of the best leg workouts I have ever had. I pushed the max on leg press and got up as high as I could. Never been a max leg press guy as I rather go reps than LBs on this exercise. Finished off with several drop sets and I was sweating like a pig and my legs were like jelly. I tried to max out on drop sets also by supporting my self with my arms to push out several forced reps.

Did body masters front squat to catch my breath a bit. I added a twist by pressing the weight overhead at the top of the squat. I rather enjoyed this a lot.

Leg curls and extensions and wanted to finish with the 100 rep squat. Nope. Uh uh. My legs said no. I stalked at 40 and gave up.

I felt great. Nothing destroys you like a good leg day, and nothing can be more satisfying.

I don't dare show my calves around you brother. Not until they grow little more and get sick ripped like your dogs.

I will be pushing that leg press further in coming weeks. Haven't hit my sweet spot yet.
 
OK , first time off track in this run. Ate crap loads of steak, pork, chicken and lamb. I did not say no to anything. Sometimes you feel like you have to eat everything since you are paying good money. Like the concept, but can't do this other than for special occasion. Had awesome time with 6 friends. Ate ton of carbs at salad bar and had several Martinis as well. Took my cheat dose of Recompadrol and AAV2 prior to the meal. Gonna take another dose before going to sleep.

For once in a while thing....,I give the Brazilian steakhouse a thumbs up !

Going out to Brazilian Restaurant with friends. Not a traditional feeding day, so I used the cheat protocol - 3 recompadrol 30 minutes prior and 3 AAV2 30 minutes after. No whey shakes. A small meal and a huge meal for dinner. I have to admit, I took a guess on dinner calories.

Appetite continues to be on the low end. Energy level is still very good and I am sleeping well. Sleeping part should definitely be attributed to Vanillean and appetite control to Vanillean as well. This is just based on test servings I took before i started this log. Also other vanillean users seem to validate these effectes as well. Especially the sleep part.

Still full of energy in the gym and this time had a decent sweat going while lifting. Skipped over cardio as I only had about 1 hour to spend.

Felt really strong and muscle endurance continues to shine. My grip is getting better, but it continues to be a factor in not completing that extra rep on rows and pulldowns. Straps are on the way and they should help. Did couple mountain dog finishers in the form of one arm pulldowns and stretchers. I had a decent back pump going, which I normally do not get. Felt great about what I accomplished and I was ready to eat ! No food pics from the restaurant. I didn't want to be a tool.

Awesome update. I am going to start using myfitnesspal app again. I used to use it but quit for a while but it really is nice to have.

Sorry for the delay in updates. Work is kicking my a** this week. 3 new projects front loaded for this year and I am buried in paperwork and meetings.

Missing are updates from Sunday and yesterday. Have to go through my voice memos to recall what happened. Will update all by tomorrow.

FYI - Sunday was rest day and yesterday was shoulders. Today will be arms if I can get out at a decent time.

Life goes on. Too much to do so did not goto the gym. Stayed in almost all day, do it was easy to stay in track with diet. Pretty satisfied with where I ended up at.

No heat whatsoever at rest and I have a feeling it is never going to happen. With some fat burners, I have issues keeping cool. With these fat burners, it is just not the case. Many have reported increase in body temp, so this probably is just an isolated reaction by one user.

Nothing exciting going on....just work, work, work.

Best shoulder work in long time. My shoulders were so pumped that it started to hurt a bit towards the end. I also lost pretty much all my triceps strength during front and back press. Wanted to do six ways to close, but had zero strength remaining. Could not hold my form with 10 lbs, so I gave it up to fight another day.

Sweated like crazy during supersets. Did not feel hot, rather had some cold chills during workout.

Bloating still under control and diet has been on point.

Amazing energy throughout the day and during workouts.

Muscles are constantly full and I am beginning to see veins regularly now.
 
Agreed. That's a crazy shoulder workout Fumoney! I would've tapped out long before attempting the 6 ways.
