Back issues are done with so back to legs.

I ate a whole lot of protein in the form of salmon, steak and chicken. Ended up with a low carb day and it did not affect my energy level in any way.

Felt great in the gym with a whole lot of energy. Put myself through a satisfying leg day. No chance for cardio as my legs were shot when I was done. The legs were pumped several hours afterwards and I loved seeing sine separation in the quads.

Had a decent appetite so eating wasn't an issue. Did not feel any warmth other than at the gym.

Felt great all day and had an excellent back workout with plenty of energy and strength. Not close to any of my PRs yet for back, but strength is slowly climbing.

First back day since injury and no issues on any lifts. My back recovery can now be considered over. I am glad I was able to move things around and not miss any scheduled work for the week. No rack pulls or deadlift yet.

Ton of sweating at the gym. I usually sweat a lot more on back and leg days and it was really intensified.

Appetite was low again. If I need to ever drastically reduce my calories, this stack should help me as it has started to do a really good job on killing appetite.

So far, I think the stack is doing what it's supposed to. I am curious to see what the results are going to be at the end due to higher caloric intake. In the mirror, I am definitely leaner than when I started and muscles are definitely fuller.

I am not seeing major thermo effect other than at the gym. Same thing happened in my previous log. I wonder if it could be my high tolerance for spicy food. Remember, I was eating those long hots raw dipped in red pepper paste as a side last summer.

I am getting good pumps and energy during workouts so Agmatine and Forskolin addition is helping in that regard. The placebo effect of seeing fuller muscle and feeling better contraction is helping me maintain strength as well.

So far so good little over a week into this phase.

During summertime, I usually goto a local farm and grab a basket full of long hots. Take them home and wash them. Get a nice burger or chicken or whatever you want you grill and get that basket of long hots and go to town. Dip the pepper into a red pepper paste and its oh do good.

I get red pepper paste because it is thicker and better to dip into.

I don't find most to be that spicy. But every once in a while you bite into one and your eyes start to water and you know you got a good one. You start sweating profusely then get this sense of being cool down as you sweat. This is fun when you are entertaining. Aaahhhh, summertime....

Nothing much to report. It was a rest day so no workouts. Stayed in most of the day so it ended up being a lazy Sunday. Got a lot of rest, but energy level was low.

Diet was pretty much on point. I am hitting about 300/150 protein to carb split. I am happy with that as I realized pretty quickly that I needed more carbs to hit 3,000 calories.

Muscles remain hard even on a rest day, which raises my confidence level and outlook for this log.

Back to lifting tomorrow and some cardio.

I was a little tired today. Apparently the thermostat went out overnight and I woke up in the morning wrapped around like an inch warm in my blanket. Did not get good sleep, so rough start to the day.

My diet was clean. Starting to get a hang of this high calorie thing. Other than some condiments and oil during dinner, everything was clean. Whey shakes and big salad with grilled chicken and salmon completed rest of the menu.

Felt a bit lighter today and pants were a bit looser. Shirt was tighter around the chest and shoulder area. Bloating in check as well although nothing I ate should have caused any bloating.

Had good shoulder work with increase in output from last shoulder workout. Felt so great that I continued to work shoulders and ran out of time to do any cardio. Don't worry. I will fit it in later in the week.

My bad. I started following few weeks ago and missed the entire beginning part. Also missed the snag-ucation on nutrition. Really good stuff man. Honestly, really good stuff.

Woke up refreshed with a lot of energy. The day really breezed by and I felt great physically and mentally. Took some left overs from last night for lunch and got several things from the salad bar. Low carb meatloaf (I guess you can pretty much call it hamburger if you like) on a bed of salad greens, sweet potatoes and black rice.

Hunger pangs haven't been an issue for me although I do rely on 1 large cup of black coffee in the morning. I eat larger meals due to trying to fit it in my window during work and losing about 3 hours a day in my car due to commute. Whey shakes have really played an important role and I am feeling the need to expand the variety a bit so It's not so monotonous. Recompadrol really helps me control the bloating and it's a winner again for this run.

At the gym, I destroyed the arms using variation of meadow training. I felt comfortable trying this out last week and actually up the weight about 10 lbs for this workout. Arms were pumped and I saw more veins. Actually, veins have started to become more prevalent at rest as well.

Had an good cardio workout after working the arms. Highest output during treatment phase. Blast of megadeath and Metallica helped me finish off the last 10 minutes at a high pace.

Curious peak at the scale had me down in weight. Purposely not reporting it daily as I want to judge progress by mirror and don't want to be swayed in any way.

More progress pictures to come in 2-3 days.

I am getting used to this meadows thing for arms. I used to never train arms (not consistently anyway) and I am starting to like it !
