Full as F@#k (Piana's pump formula)

I know a lot of people don't like Rich Piana or his supps, but heres a word of advice if you decide to use his pump product (Full as F@#k): Do not use more then 1 1/2 scoops... it will make your face feel like it's burning off.
 
Leave humanity behind, become a skeleton face.
 
Bad thing! The product works well if you want to get as vascular as possible... but too much of it will seriously screw with you.
 
Too much of anything = bad!!!! Don't two scoop without knowing the amounts of every ingredient. Could end up massacring the bathroom at your gym or far worse.
 
I know the guy's name, but can't say I'd ever heard of him having a line and don't think I'd ever want to use anything of his.

If I want a pump, I'm looking at Max REPS or High Volume.
 
I'm not promoting this product... just letting everyone know the issue I had with it. High Volume does nothing for me, this product and H-vol work for me.
 
Rich Piana has 4g Citrulline, 1g Agmatine, 3g of Glycerol/Taurine, then some beet root, dan-shen extract, norvaline and black pepper

High Volume has 4g Citrulline, 1g Agmatine, 3g Glycerol/Taurine, then some Amentoflavone, Ruteacaprine, Vitamin C AND 2g Arginine Nitrate!

And somehow the top one is amazing and bottom one does nothing?

Dang I didn't know it was that close to High Volume. I've looked at Rich's product line. A lot of them are too pricey for me to touch. His youtube channel gets attention and his booths at the expo have a ton of people around them but can't really talk because I haven't tried a single product of his.

Have you ever tried something that just didn't work for you? Or underperformed for you? It happens all the time. Jesus!!!... you guys are like a bunch of little bitches sometimes. So HV doesn't work for me... so I tried some other stuff and they do... who gives a sh!t.

I never said anything about the "top product" being amazing... I was just warning people about using too much of it.

Lmao don't worry bro , I appreciate the warning. I couldn't care less for rich piana , no problem with him , nor do I think he's anything special. So I will say completely neutral that his pwo was great for me and I enjoyed it a lot, my training partner also tried it , the same amount , same day , same workout and he couldn't care for it too much . So I agree , no matter whether a product is great on paper or in the gym for one person , for another it might be completely different reaction. While a more "basic" product might work better for one person then for another.

Yeah, all around it is a MESSED up situation. But it looks like Rich is taking the high road and trying to help Jason. They're doing a workout later next month that will be aired on Jason's channel
 
I actually think rich is one of the more respectable fitness youtubers. People hate but hes honest. Runs his own company so says what he feels. Nothing better than someone self owned. He promotes his products, but he also posts many videos and povs about things he doesnt sell. They may be controversial, but hes not some marketing puppet, and i respect that. Bottom line. He definitely was this marketing puppet with mutant, but for a long time after he left mutant he promoted nothing and had some great content. Even with 5% he has some great athletes and entertaining videos. Just impressive. Sometimes his personality bothers me, but hes straight up, gotta respect it. As far as his product idk. I personally tried high volume and liked it a few times and didnt like it a few times. Idk why. I love usp max reps, hydro3 and hemovo2max. So who the heck knows...
 
The supplement industry is full of scames...and there is no way of knowing what extra F**k ingredients Mr rich has added...Credibility and integrity; who do you trust more?! Rich and his F$$k or PES.....

Would be shocked if he's anything other than a face to the brand. Was told by someone I trust that it's entirely owned and ran by someone else. Nothing wrong with that and most would be better off under that model. None of the brain damage of running a brand and you just stick to PR. This is very common with youtube sensations.
