whats up guys! ive been making fruit smoothie shakes to help increase my calorie intake per day anyone done anything like this? i usually make on 2-3 times a day depending on how the day goes. 1 in morning and at night always sometimes in afternoon after workout. anyone else ever done anything like this? is it ok to keep using same ingredients over and over ? was thinking about trowing in some egg whites for morning shake ? any advise is much appreciated.

2 bananas
7-8 strawberries
half cup oats
small hand full of peanuts
2 scoop of myo fusion
splash of milk

My favorite is:
Almond or coconut milk
Pineapples
Vanilla protein (egg, whey or whatever)
A couple tablespoons EVCO

Pure deliciousness!

I have a lot of different combinations...depending on what's in my fridge/freezer/cupboard...but it's a combination of the below:

Greens Powder
Protein Powder
Bluberries, strawberries, raspberries
Banana
Natural Peanut Butter
EVOO
EVCO
Vitaberry (when I'm fortunate enough to afford it!!)
Raw WHOLE eggs
ground oats (ground in a coffee grinder)

Hi dear,
Fruits shake are very healthful. I use the fruit shake with milk shake. my favorite fruit shake are banana shake ,Apple shake, and Mango shake.

I drink a big ass fruit shake everyday and have for the past 6 months. Mine are easily over 1k cals each time, and it all digests and leaves you hungry in like an hour.

the shake I drank today

5 medium bananas
5 medjool dates
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
2 tbsp of flax ( I grind it in a coffee grinder right before I put it in the shake. Gotta buy whole flax for it to be worth it)
choice of protein powder (right now I use hemp, but you could easily choose whey)

Take out the brita and fill er up with water to just below the fruit, blend, drink. yums.

230g pasteurized egg whites
225g cottage cheese (4% milk fat)
30 grams whey
1 large banana
3 big ass strawberries
80 grams oatmeal

Game over! I drink that monster everyday before I hit the gym!

Jeremy since ya use 5 bananas per shake I assume you buy alot at one time ? Do ya freeze and or just keep them out...I ask because I get a **** load of fruit flys on mine...also everyone seems to take one I split mine through out the day does that matter ? Or as ling as you get it is what counts ?

The thing with bananas is that they tend to attract more fruit flies the more ripe that they are. My system is not to buy alot at one time, but to have alot, but have them in different stages of ripening. So i will go throughout the week and buy bunches that are really green, somewhat green, yellow..ect but i really only ever have like 4-5 ripe bananas at one time, the others are green or getting there. Also with bananas you don't want to eat them when they are fully yellow. You gotta wait for some brown spots to appear along the sides and until they get slightly softer to the touch. That way they have less startch, more sugar, and digest a helluva lot easier. Some people eat 1 a day, and I have heard every comment under the sun about potassium and the like, and I have done the research that leads me to believe that that amount of potassium is not harmful. But yeah, thats how i do it. And i throw in alot of dates usually because they are so cheap for me. Like 5$ for 2lbs of honey dates, and they have no water and are basically pure sugar.

i love drinking smoothies, but the most is Green Smoothie because I drink it for my weight reduction.

ENJOY! :)
