what do they look like (focus, days per week, etc.)?

Also, what kind of timeframe are you looking for (when to start/end)?
 
I have 3 different ones that I will share. One is a simple max power & strength 4 day/week power routine. Another is a progressive 5 week SPP block and the last one is a 10 week GPP block separated into 2 phases.

Cool. Not my bag, but just out of curiosity, what sport/specialty is the SPP geared towards?
 
I'm with booneman77 but I'm curious what the Max Power & Strength looks like.

I'm curious on them as well. Current running Mike T's project thrust beta but seeing different ways of thinking definitely help
