slept great again, and starting to feel the increase in libido more like I expected

warm up : treadmill : 1.5 min walking at 3.5, 2 min at 6 mph, 30 sec at 5.3, 30 sec at 7.5, and 30 at 8. felt great after that
shoulder rotations as usual, exercise bands today

dumbbell one legged squats 40 lbs in weights, reps are per leg
10 from bench/10/ 5 reps, no weight from a short seat
squats narrow stance low bar ..... getting use to this, usually do low bar, wide stance

35 x 6 straight up/ 35 x 6 to left and right each/ 35 x 3 to left/straight/right
stretches
trainer was commenting on how it looks like my hamstrings and glutes are starting to loosen up more, as I wasnt rounding my back like I use to at all on snatches, and kept it really tight and straight on squats.
great workout, felt pumped thru out.
