slept great again, and starting to feel the increase in libido more like I expected

warm up : treadmill : 1.5 min walking at 3.5, 2 min at 6 mph, 30 sec at 5.3, 30 sec at 7.5, and 30 at 8. felt great after that

trainer was commenting on how it looks like my hamstrings and glutes are starting to loosen up more, as I wasnt rounding my back like I use to at all on snatches, and kept it really tight and straight on squats.

...i ran a second bottle and im better then ever. this is the best ive felt in a long while, muscle density is up i look hard dense about everywere. ive ether lost fat or gain muscle or did both i look bigger feel bigger weigh more lift more and eat my pay checks!

can deffently tell when i take em early in the mornig at 6-7 compared to befor workout or bedtime, early is best!

Notes: I CRUSHED the weights last night! I had energy galore...and set new records in every lift. I just gave it my everything and pushed extra hard on every rep and man, it felt good. :D Last night was definitely an epic workout. I even had the energy to blast through 20 minutes on the spin bike after I was depleted from the weights!

At the start of this log I made 375 my goal on deadlifts. Well, that came on went rather quickly so now my goal is set at 400.

went to the gym with the intention of ONLY doing cardio...didnt happen

ran for 12 minutes and then decided my quads and hammies didnt get enough love this week

one thing I am noticing a lot, is a lack of doms lately. not sure if the stack is helping or the osteo sport, or the increase in food. with the heavy deads last week, back was a bit sore the next day, but not bad. glutes and hammies are usually a bit sore after squats, but not quads.

quads are still sore from the deep hack squats on sunday..but not as bad as they normally are after a workout like that.... they are very full and ahrd still though.

Leanness: 8/10: I'm up around 5lbs since I started this stack and I'm still getting more and more veins!

Strength: 7/10: Overall strength endurance is great! Feels like I could keep lifting for hours!

Fullness: 7/10: I've been looking really thick this week. Might be because I've been tanning, but I'll give it to the stack for keeping me pretty hard and full.

Libido: 9/10: AHHHH! Am I 12 again?

Overall Physical/Mental: 9/10: I really like the focus I get all through my classes, with a morning dose of RPM or Black Cats! Feeling AMAZING! I'm feeling like my body is recovering faster and faster!

Overall Product: 9/10: Soo awesome! I'm pumped about the results from these products! This is a stack that I will have to use again down the road!

Alright...I am back! My shoulder pain has subsided. I just did 3 sets of 10 to 12 with 90 pound dumbells on the first two sets, and the ended on 80s for overhead dumbell press. I feel like this stack gives me solid recovery time, and I am horny as hell at the most random times!! LOL! I sleep great and feel refreshed ready to take on the day, always thinking about my workout. I also did a pretty solid set of 10 hammer curls with 85 pound dumbells. I am a super freak when it comes to hammer curls. Bottom line... this stack is legit. There is a reason that HGH is bb.com number 1 seller for muscle builder and nominated for awards. I only have 3 weeks till I compete for the cover of Musle & Fitness! I am ready and cant wait to get on that stage!

Woke up feeling good again...the new norm since starting on the stack. Last night I got a good ten or eleven hours, nearly double my normal six hours, but even on days I get less sleep, it's been great quality sleep. I wake up feeling better, so it seems like the HGHUp is making my sleep much more productive, which is nice when I have 7:40's every day Monday - Friday.

Monday will be the beginning of a new training cycle, so we'll see if I'm noticing any increases on lifts. I had a good experience with AN's The One, and saw big increases in strength fairly soon after starting, so it'll be interesting to compare the full hormonal The One, and the near hormonal HGH/FT stack. I can say that my chest feels pretty much fully recovered at this point after three days off, which is encouraging, and my back feels good after only two days off. I've noticed a decrease in DOMS so far as well, so things are looking good!

I just completed a 2-bottle run of Free Test & HGH Up and here are some high points:

My starting weight was around 218, my weight this morning is 208.
On average, I accomplished my goal of 2100-2200 calories per day.

My starting flat DB press was max 95 x 4, my final chest day was 100 x 7
My starting incline DB press was max 80 x 2, my final chest day was 80 x 10
My starting squat was max 235 x 4, my final leg day was 265 x 4
My starting deadlift was max 355 x 1, my final back day was 405 x 1
My starting standing BB curl was max 80 x 5, my final bicep day was 100 x 7
My starting upright BB row max max 80 x 8, my final shoulder day was 110 x 6

I actually ran hghup and free test and in a 4 wk cycle... my strength, recovery, and size all were amazing. I mean I felt just as strong when I did ph's in the past but more energetic and cut. At times I felt like I could eat anything I wanted like I was in my 20's and get away with it. I was still achieving great results in such a short amount of time. The only side I got from this combo was a bit of gas. Overall my body responded very well.
 
I did a FREETEST + HGH UP stack for 2 months, im not no gay bodybuilder tho, I do amateur boxing so weight lifting is minimal but the stack gave me crazy aggression @ the gym during drills and sparring, I had that extra gear in me to push it to the limit, I was swinging with vengeance while I would of been gassing and cooling down without it.

real good stuff. If my money was long I would of ran the stack some more, but kids is a bitchh
 
FREETEST + HGHUP helped me with my HIIT training as well, I usually head to the track already hurting and not looking forward to it but when I was on that stack it had me wanting to go to the track to prove myself against my friends, made my whole mood change to making sh1t I dislike into a competition.

As a sidenote, "bodybuilding" is NOT gay, and ANYone who attempts to improve their physique (not always necessarily using weights) can be classed as a "bodybuilder".

Hahaha you know what I mean my training is geared for more of a athletic performance rather than my bicep size and how I look when I stare at a mirror.

Too me that's gay, I go to Ballys Total Fitness and it's filled with a bunch of insecure fools doing bicep curls trying look right when they go to the beach.

Not everyone who "bodybuilds" is like that - what a very narrow and inaccurate perception - and many bodybuilders are athletes who train for athletic performance. Stay around here long enough and you'll realize that.
