Bc there's no Substitute for hard work!

When i really grew a few years ago ppl would ask me what i was on... I told them HW and D.. They were like all what's that?!? I said- hard work and dedication!

Yeah idiots would ask that.. thats all it is bro.. set goals, and passion... If you don't got that, you don't belong in a gym..

In fo' dat

WOOOOOEEEEEEEE ALLL AAABBBOOOAAARRDDD!!! THE ALPHA EXPRESS IS ON ITS WAY!!!

Another best training tip "sometimes LESS is MORE" most newbz try to train for hours and hours, now unless you are on the "sauce" then maybe, but I made this mistake when I started out.. Training 2 hours per day 7 days a week.. sure i saw results but that soon diminished very quickly...

So to all the NEWBZ, if you wanna be down with the ALPHACREW, your gonna have to reduce your training time by a DEUCE..

Sorry.. 45 min or 115 minutes.. I do more in those times than most of the newbies do in 2. It's a matter of why you are really there in the first place... Dedication and passion are the reasons to train..

Tip #2 (no Goku this time sadly)

Its really more of a mentality but I use this on bench every few months if I want a new max! When you are lifting think "if I don't get this up I'm gonna look like such a dumbass." or "that's a lot of weight..if I fail that's gonna crush me.."

Ah yes, or the famous Animal shirt. That gets the focus set real quick when things gets serious/heavy lol

My own training tip:

If you want to learn how to eat, squat/deadlift/bench or train properly watch a Baby!

Why? When they are done eating they look at you stupid while your trying to shove food in their mouth and then turn their head. They also pick up objects by going ATG and standing up.

They try to lift themselves constantly and utilize things hold on to to lift their own bodywieght. I don't care how strong you are, babies are stronger because they use their bodies everyday to lift themselves over and over, until they learn to crawl, walk and run.

You want to get lean, watch a toddler. Why? Because they sprint from A to B. They don't run for miles daily yet their doing HIIT. Adults tend to forget and overcomplicate things.

Lastly thier persistant, determined and motivated by objects do whatever it takes to get to it. IE to get my son to crawl we play a video on you tube on the IPAD he absolutely loves. He does whatever he has to to get to it.

Quick tip.. master a heavy dumbbell press... Once you can control the 125 s for at least 10 reps.. you got it.. also, work the forearms.. hidden secret..

I just switched from db to bb. I mess around with if I do one or the other or even both. And I've actually changed my grip from wrapped around to a suicide grip for most things. Really hits the forearms especially on back day.
Thanks man

Once I started focusing on strengthening my forearms, I got stronger in every lift. Great tip.
