hell yeah, that's how i dose it-but have you used form before? 4 sprays 2x day is a pretty heavy dose for an inexprienced user-i suggest you regularly check bp since you are using stims with it. not trying to scare you, but you may not need that high of a dose depending on how you react.
 
no,I never used it before...I thought it was a common dose...so you suggest to try 2+2 or 3+3?

how long should it be run?the label suggests no more than 4 weeks...

i suggest you see what 2x2 does before planning to bump to 4x4. formestane is very effective and many guys never need to go past 2x2. if you keep it at 2x2 42 days shouldn't be a problem. i hope you enjoy the form as much as i do-it is up there with my all time favorite products.

how can I understand if I need to go over 2x2?
I planned my cycle just following label suggestions,that's why I thought 4+4 wasn't such a great dosage.

after you use form a few times and get used to effects 4x4 is really a great dose, but don't be upset-if you can get good results from 2x2 instead of 4x4 that is money in your pocket, lol. formestane keeps really well in it's container-if you don't use it all, save it for another time. if you need any help-just ask-enjoy the form!!!:bigok:

effects will be noticed-formestane is one of the few ai's available that trully does reduce estrogen by a decent percentage-if estrogen goes to low you will get sore joints. the things you can expect from form-increased aggression/leaning out/great libido and a nice sense of well being. strength should also go up. form is a great supp-you will notice results very quickly, imo.
 
oh,just another question (I'm boring I know)...I read to apply it twice a day 'cause of its half-life...but the label says even once a day...what's the truth?

i always dose 2x day-but lots of guys report decent results at only 1 dose a day.
honestly, you will have to wait and see how you react-the good news is you won't have to wait long to see results.

at higher doses i can get results similar to a mild cycle. but forget about that for now.

have you started the form yet?
 
oh,I forgot to ask...do you use gloves to apply it?
I didn't used them,but this way it's absorbed by the hands too.I washed them,but I was scared of touching my girlfriend (I avoided to touch her for 2 or 3 hours :D )

use them if you have them. i feel the same as you about hands absorbing the form and then washing it off. this is a good tip.:bigok:


give it 3 days at 2/2 then if you still aren't feeling results go ahead and bump to 3/3.

Using your hands is fine. Just wash them thoroughly with soap and water and everything will be fine.
 
2 of my favorites places to apply are chest and inside of thighs. been experimenting with under armpits and that is good too-but some burn involved.

I usually apply it on my upper chest/base of neck. The skin is very thin there and it works perfectly.

good places. i found for me if i apply one spot upper and one spot lower each application it works better [for me].
 
2 squirts 2 hours ago...8 squirts since the start...maybe a little leaner,no other effects...I wait a couple of days to bump to 3+3...

i can't think of anyone who doesn't respond to form-give it the couple of days then bump up, maybe you are like me and respond better to higher doses. thanks for keeping us posted, always like to hear from 1st time users.:bigok:
 
being a medium dosage maybe I don't recognize the effects...I feel almost nothing...I'll keep you posted for the whole cycle ;)

look for increased libido, that is usually one of the first signs for me.
 
Excuse me BigT...I searched a lot on the web abd I read about people who found his Formestane "solid" inside the bottle...could this be my problem,resulting in an "underdosed" dosage?

sorry if it's a stupid question :(

not a stupid question-if you have any doubts run the bottle under hot water and shake like hell. always shake bottle good before each use-and i keep the bottle tuned upside down when not using.
 
2 squirts right now...I heat and shake the bottle for 5 mins :D
I applyed it with gloves,it looked a little better,more "Thick"...let's hope to feel it :)

I forgot to tell you that 5-10 mins after its absorption I always find some "crystals" on the skin...just some "pieces",nothing important I think...
 
don't know if it's just my impression or placebo effect,but yesterday I was at a friend's house and there were lots of girls...I felt very confident with myself...but maybe it's normal :D

I had 3 squirts a couple of hours ago...I feel damn hot,I sweat all the time...could this be related or could it be just 'cause we're on 17th of august? :D
 
hahaha, at least you are feeling it-libido should be going up-along with aggression in the gym.
 
3rd day at 3+3 squirts.
what I noticed for sure is that after the application I am far far more aggressive for 3 or 4 hours...

wait for an hour after applying-then hit the gym. insane workouts!!!!
 
I did 25 push ups last night after not exercising for months and I feel no muscle soreness today. Does Formestane prevent muscle soreness?

might be increased test. generally the higher the test the lower cortisol.
