Very solid product, obviously as mentioned before I got two little boys so application sites are limited but it's working out fine.

Definitely running this till my end of cut which is when I got a visible 6pack. Hope another month.

When dosing 4 pumps would you reccomend all 4 at same time, or two am, two pm?

Well rested. I sleep 10 hours as otherwise I just dont feel well rested.
Carb intake. If your carb depleted strength will be very low and not much will salvage it.
Well hydrated. If your drinking a half a cup of water a day dehydration will reduce strength ALOT.
Caloric surplus. If your starving on a cut I wouldnt expect strength to go through the roof.

Yes actually. Thanks for keeping me on my toes koi. Starting a new job and traveling for training has kept me off the forums more then I like.

But I have an appointment for bloods to be drawn later next week. Once that is finished I will post and give a copy to brundel to use how he wishes.

As far as my thoughts and feelings while using brundels pct stack. It is easily the best pct I've ever had the pleasure of using. No ass kissing here Just the truth. I've felt 110% from nearly the get go. I'm addicted to using Formeron and the tongkats/boron.

Strength, libido, mood, energy and recovery.
I would even go as far to say that it has helped aid me during this stressful transition into a new job and position. All in all I'm thankful to have had the opportunity to run brundels products and put them to the test. I've not only kept all my cycle weight but actually gained lean body mass since the beginning of pct.
 
Been on 4 pumps of formeron for 5 days.... My previous squat max I could only hit 4 times.... Yesterday I busted it 8 times, then 7, then 6... all while being fasted. Not trying to make any crazy claims but wow... maybe partly placebo, part formeron?

If it fails the cycle fails as you lose all your gains and you feel like ****.

Possibly Formeron, possibly also some placebo. Hard to say.
Its not unreasonable.
Formestane converts to Hydroxytestosterone. This is basically like a non aromatizing testosterone. Its very good for strength.
my strength goes way up on high dose Formeron so your not the only one.

Is there a point when water weight stops while on formeron. I'm dropping weight quite rapidly to the point where I'm starting to look skinny. At 4 pumps daily.

You may have been holding a ton of water.
It happens to most people though. As estro drops water retention slows and you lose water weight.
It will return as estrogen rises post cycle.

So will I continue to drop weight while using it? I am only on day 11 of first bottle. I'm planning on cycling 2 bottles. But I don't want to drop anymore weight. I'm hoping to start gaining lean mass.

Gains are food dependent.
Increase calories from lean protein primarily and vegitables.

You will lose water weight that you may have not realized you were carrying. I pissed an annoying amount when I had my first 2 bottles and then it mellowed.
 
This may seem like a stupid question, but I have a concern in regards to the possibility of Formeron transferring across to my young boys if I'm holding them or even my wife?
 
That isn't stupid at all because it can happen. You want to apply to areas that won't have exposure. I apply to my thighs and back of calves with my forearm and then wash my forearm.

It can certainly happen. You do want to prevent exposure to children as they are very sensitive to hormones...could even cause them to go into puberty prematurely. Apply to upper chest, neck and shoulders. After about 15 min brush off all the remaining crystals from your skin...somewhere they wont get it on them. Then wear a shirt. Should be fine. I use Formeron every day and I play with my 1 year old niece as well. Just have to be careful.
 
I've been using formeron at 2 pumps a day for my pct but I've been getting flare ups throughout the day what should I do ? Increase to 3 ?
 
Does Formeron continue to kick in on 2nd bottle, or is it already at its peak, say after 20 days on 4 pumps? In other words, will it plateau at some point?

It is irreversible so yes, it has a plateau once the aromatase that you take out with each application = the new aromatase synthesized by your body that day. When will this occur? Idk, probably at around a month of moderate dosing
 
After I drop formeron after 2nd bottle, ( off cycle) is there any need to replace it with something to maintain lean gains in the meantime? I don't want lose all gains prior to restarting Formeron again in 4 weeks. I want to hold onto my increased test, if that's possible :p
 
I was curious about exactly how much DHT Formeron inhibits at 1 pump vs 2 pumps? I've heard conflicting reports about how lowering DHT can inhibit sex drive vs the effects of decreased hair loss, etc.

Yikes...and this is after running an EPI Formeron cycle!?
Yes bump it to 4 till it subsides.

Its not just an AI it also has some Prohormone conversion. Eventually your estro will bottom out and remain steady but youll continue to get PH activity.

Formestane is a very mild 5ar inhibitor.
I wouldnt use it for this purpose. Rarely does it effect sex drive and when it does its more likely from estrogen being too low.

Hey Brundel i sent you a PM, but I got a question. Looking at picking up two bottles of Formeron. Wondering how you feel about running it with a transdermal 11-keto product. (Iron Legion X1-kt). If you see no problem, what do you think is the best way to dose with them both being transdermal

I'm doing this in a few weeks after my SD run. The problem is you're taking two transdermals. What I am going to do is take the 11-KT in the AM and in the evening before bed, take Formeron.

If I was given the go ahead, I was actually going to run the 11-kt at night and the formeron in the morning. I remember reading that 11-kt has cortisol lowering benefits

I know several people who have been using it every day for years.
At higher doses Id cycle it though. 8-10 weeks is fine.

I Pmed but Ill answer here for public knowledge.

Apply one to upper chest, neck delts.
Apply the other to inner thighs.
Spread it out over as much skin as possible.
Use wrists not hands to apply.

Not sure how many pumps I should go with and if Ed or Eod. Not prone to gyno but would like to avoid getting it.

Rub that Ish on like a freak. you wont regret it. The more you use the more anabolic it becomes.
Great at an AI but also a decent anabolic.

That's awesome. Lol self experimentation, god I need to dabble in some of that. You have a crazy amount of knowledge man.

I think I'm just going to order like 4-5 bottles and keep running this for a while. At what point (pump wise) does it become suppressive?
