Nah I didn't leave. I distanced myself from the forum drama. Took a break such as yourself. I don't have the patience to argue with those of the hurt butt. I'm trying to have fun , lift heavy things , eat weird herbs , meet people such as myself and learn some new stuff. Hell I may even have some insight myself . Sh!t I actually used dynamic weight gainer by joe weirder 275 years ago.

Wait till you see what I have planned in 2 months . Once this heat is over with and I move into my new house I'm getting so dammed ripped and jacked up . 400 lb dead lift or broken spine - one or the other.

-I have to do some stuff for work today and sadly I've been stuck at the cubicle since earlier this morning. Sorry to fail on the cardio today, but most likely its gonna be a long day where I might not get much sleep, let alone free time for cardio :(.

You can easily gain 60 pounds of muscle . I recommend Steakadrol and Tunavar stacked with Carbohydradol. Pct I would recommend Sermatropin and Fatasterone.

Sane you trip out those foods do sound good. I am not got to go the roid route. I take Genr8 vitargo post to working out and agmatine beta alinine and whole host of others my favorit though for boosting the test in the natural syle is Bioforge by botiva got it at the planet it works the wonders from the others i have tried.
 
I do think Datbtrue has the best approch with bodybuilding and staying in the top of health without of the broscience you are all of you are speaking to and think the neagtivity you are all put on Datbtrue is uncalled for.
