I squat 425, deadlift 500. and bench 290. I got to this with just whey protein ans proper diet. Its no broscience. It is the combination of hardwork, proper diet, a good routine and the help of my friends on AM and real life

my bench went up from 185 to 290.. my squat 355 to 425 my deadlifts from 395 to 500.. Unless datbtrue is the second coming of christ.. he couldnt do that in 6 months naturally
