There's this Gymnast at my gym...I just met her this week, her name is Emma , she is totally gorgeous...she is like 95lbs...and she saw me doing that on OHP and thought its different with people , and I picked her up , and raised her full extension <3! god that girl is gorgeous, and a medallist for uneven bars haha

If only she had known my max is 105lbs lol...or that I actually had some time in Cheerleading and was a base for my team and used to do that before Jerking and now I can literally just Press it hahaha.

Actually...I'm planning on her taking me to her gym (for gymnastics) and getting back into it...when I was a kid , like from 8-13 y.o. I used to gymnastics, even bars, rings and floor only...but f*ck I loved the rings seriously...I still remember the feeling...All that ended when I went to canada though...

at my gym bud, we only lift people. when you come in you get 5 or 6 different people and you do your workout like that, a curl toddlers, bench fat asses and deadlift even fatterasses

Rest Day:

Im sorry, an open apology to you my friends and to LG Sciences, I could not do cardio, today as intended, I woke up feeling like a truck ran me over all weak and beat from 5/3/1 week. This is NOT acceptable and I was a lazy slob today and I apologize for that, this will not happen again, again I am sorry for not being able to train today, kCals were kept at maintenance and really low carbs since I was doing nothing...I can not believed I failed today...

Thanks bro, its just...I have to get stronger...I have to bro, no excuses...I'll make up for it tomorrow with good cardio and proper nutrition. I still eat clean 7 days a week though, no cheat, no surrender...But this week is deload week...I HATE deload week...but I found out what happens if I don't deload, I feel lethargic and beat up if I don't...
 
I think we all despise a deload. But like you said, if not you feel like crap. Next thing you know your body takes you out of the game. So back off a little this week and next week you will be back to major PR's !!!!!

I serioisly need the 105lb dumbbell row, nah...more than that, If I can get 110lbs I'll be proud of myself...Also I'll start working on my Bent Over BB rows again , last I had them at 185x10 ...I wanna row more :D!

Deloads r key. I learned it again this past few weeks.. Pushed thru a planned deload and now going on week 8 of balls out training.. I was done going into week 6. I know it is the cause of my lethargy, fat gain n water retention bc training has intensified Abd diet has gone unchanged.. Just more work, less rest..= bad things for a fragile system such as the Human body.
Moral of story- never skip a deload or rest week

I know :( I'll do it...if you recall at the beginning of my log I pushed through it and ended up lethargic...lord knows I learned my lesson, but I still hate lifting small :'( makes me feel even weaker than I am...Now this new macrocycle I plan to really reach 185x3 on BP (If I can I'll attempt 195) , 275 on deadlift , and 235-245 on squat, and around 110-115 to my OH press (It would be bad ass if I can go to the 35lb plates already haha)

Yeah Idk why I can increase my deadlift, my squat and OH press...but my bench...sh1t that b1tch aint going no where but flat line or even down...WTF?

Your shoulders seem strong perhaps the weakness resides in the triceps. I also switch to machines every 4-6 weeks for 2 sessions. It allows me to go way heavier than using free weights and that extra stimulation seemed to help me. My flat bench always lagged behind my incline and using a combo of machine and cable presses I was able to catch up.

Hm...I have been thinking about this, I'll switch the tri pushdowns and the extensions for CGBP more...and Go harder on the dips :D! Maybe the problem resides there :p in the Tri's!
 
I don't BB bench at all and have a solid a or b cup... Blame genetics. I wish I had the chest of an 8 year old boy.. U always want what u don't have.

Cardio Day:

-Went out for a run , 1 hour at around 5-6mph. It was around 5.5miles so...I guess around 600 kCals

Form-X Notes:
-Focus is amazing with Form-X and ALCAR , both have a good nootropic synergy :D!

5 weeks Notes:

Weight:
-Woke up to 141.4
-Post cardio was 138.8

Then again I did keep carbs low yesterday and did fasted cardio with a hefty amount of caffeine in my system haha, thus the Diuretic and Thermogenic effects took over me, so I'll just take the 141.4 for now.

Notes:
-5/3/1 week was a success thanks to Form-X, beat my PRs in Deadlifts (15lbs) Squats (20lbs) and OH Press (10lbs). Also set PRs for assistances beating my previous Upright row by 15lbs and my previous Kroc Row by 20lbs. The BW exercises went up too, I can now add 70lbs to my dips and 45lbs to my Chin ups.
-Was able to last even more BW chin ups and dips with dips going as high as 50+ and Chin ups getting to 30~ reps. So endurance is up.
-Libido is back as when I was in the "masturbation era" like when I was a 13 year old haha.
-Mood: Pretty good :p! and confidence too!

4-12 weeks depending on time if year, supplementation, vacations, events, etc.

As I age, (lol I'm 24 in a month) I realize that less is more. You don't need to abuse your body. In fact, you can't. As a beginner, sure u can go out n lift and run 6-7 days a week- but donthat for 4-5 years... Your body will let u know exactly what it thinks about that unless u start juicing lol. I would say a deload (light weights/not to failure) is needed and beneficial every 4th week. A complete off week should be taken every 8th to 12th week. Plan accordingly! Use the off weeks to get lots of errands done, go on vaca, etc.. Example:
Week1-3 full on
Week 4-deload
Week 5-7 - full on
Week 8 off or deload
Week9-11 full on
Week 12 off or deload
When u go off for a week completely, you reset the cycle... So you shoul be able to go 6-8 weeks before another full off week is needed.

This is how I view it personally and am going to start living by.

Idk...I follow 5/3/1 so its:

-3 weeks going up in weight.
-1 week deload.
-Reset with higher weight.

And just cycle over and over.
