Day 35 7/22:
Cardio Day:
-Went out for a run , 1 hour at around 5-6mph. It was around 5.5miles so...I guess around 600 kCals
Form-X Notes:
-Focus is amazing with Form-X and ALCAR , both have a good nootropic synergy

5 weeks Notes:
Weight:
-Woke up to 141.4
-Post cardio was 138.8
Then again I did keep carbs low yesterday and did fasted cardio with a hefty amount of caffeine in my system haha, thus the Diuretic and Thermogenic effects took over me, so I'll just take the 141.4 for now.
Notes:
-5/3/1 week was a success thanks to Form-X, beat my PRs in Deadlifts (15lbs) Squats (20lbs) and OH Press (10lbs). Also set PRs for assistances beating my previous Upright row by 15lbs and my previous Kroc Row by 20lbs. The BW exercises went up too, I can now add 70lbs to my dips and 45lbs to my Chin ups.
-Was able to last even more BW chin ups and dips with dips going as high as 50+ and Chin ups getting to 30~ reps. So endurance is up.
-Libido is back as when I was in the "masturbation era" like when I was a 13 year old haha.
-Mood: Pretty good
