****ing trees man. Last year during a hurricane I had a tree fall on my mustang and it also crushed two other cars.....rage ensued for the month that I was without a vehicle. But I traded up anyway to an RX-8 :D

Cardio day:

35 mins stair master LISS cardio. Total of 500 kCals and then some 15 jogging outside so around 100 more?

Form-X notes:
-this is a power house of recovery haha, adding the cortisol control I am relaxed and only wanna sleep, even against my will...yesterday around 6pm I fell asleep watching some TV and didn't wake up until 1am...missed feeding window haha still ate and went back to bed, fast will be broken at 5pm anyhow, awesome rest haha I feel brand new!

Low Intensity Steady State Cardio, something light like level 15 on the Stairmaster for like 30 mins and a 5 min cooldown, then some light 6-7mph jogging , nothing extreme , just getting the good ol sweat and kCalorie burn :p!
 
lol thanks guys I am driving it til they send adjuster out next week. It is going to need a new bed for sure.
 
Day 28 7/15

Cardio day and sauna day.

-Did around 62 minutes of running, no idea for the kCals , but I did track the speed at an average of 6.5mph so around 680-720 kCals.
-Sauna for 20 mins so I dried out and I got some questions for y'all now...

Yesterday, after my cardio I weighted myself and I was at a solid 138.0lbs , had my burn day diet (around 2400 kCals with lower carbs higher fats) and today after cardio and after drying out I ended up at 139.5lbs HOW!? In the morning I had around 35 oz of water plus 20g BCAAs and 6g citrulline malate+ Form-X...so how Did I gain 1 lb overnight and after drying out...? I havent pooped though, but I don't think a stool+35oz of water account for 1.5lbs can it?? Exactly that I am up after 12 hours of sleep...yes I went to bed early and woke up a bit later...wanted some rest haha.

Anyhow...Official weight in is mixed up:
-Yesterday AFTER cardio 138lbs
-Today after cardio and sauna 139.5lbs (maybe the 35oz of water I drank have something to do?)

4 weeks in progress pictures (bare with me I couldn't flex at all, I'm all mushy and tired from the cardio and sauna)

Haha I couldn't even flex hahaa, I'll do some more pics after I eat I am dying atm haha, cardio was amazing to let some personal stuff out...but damn I feel like a noodle atm , all weak and mushy haha. But yeah, Ricky you are honest , do you really think I'm making progress? Let it down hard on me bro, I'm trusting yah!

Damn I hadn't had them side by side...I look flabby hahahaha I was cut back then! I guess I gotta start taking them after my workouts so they look more pumped and its easier to notice the mass...DAMN that's like a 1% BF difference!! :blink: cutting is gonna be a b1tch haha

Last 3 weeks have been taken after cardio :/ , I'll start taking them after my workout on monday morning then I guess so I can judge with the pump going like week 1

Thanks bro haha, idk , I used to be 180lbs and looked BAD hahaha, I'll probably cut again at 150 to trim down some 10lbs of fat and keep the muscle , then bulk up again haha.

And about the lady friend...she came to the gym with me...complained about squats, didn't like romanian deadlifts and only wanted to "tone" and "define"...I had to end it that evening hahaha...she was perfect in the personal, emotional, and professional aspect of my life, she fit right in, BUT in my passion...in my burning flame...in the gym...she had no place ^_^ thus I broke it off...I can NOT date a girl that is infected with "F*ckaraounditis". Well I gotta add some stuff, I did 4 sets of DB curls with 30lbs in between every Kroc row set. Also did standing weighted oblique crunches with a 45lb plate after each set of hanging leg raises, no rest, so 5 sets of those for 10 reps each side. Felt so strong for everything haha.

Form-X notes:
Not letting me down in my hardest week at all, strength goes up, recovery between sets is fast as hell and mood is just amazing.

I'm not kidding , this stuff senses a PR and it just tries to get yah ready to beat it next week! 250x1 last week, and barely! This one was easy as hell for 250x2 , I could've gone higher but a powerlifter there told me to take it easy, that even if I did 2 and I could get the 260x1 , whats the point risking injury?

But I did get 100x6 on the Single arm DB rows haha , thats a first, this powerlifter dude couldn't believe it, he says I got a lot of pulling strength, he is trying to get me stronger at pushing , like bench and squat haha

You kidding me? After the results you got with recomp, aav2, natty-v so far, I wanna stack em with Form-X , Reduce XT and Ergobolic for an all out cut hahaha. I am not digging the fatty look I got now , I mean I'll try to get taped at the gym, IMO and even guys there tell me, I look beast all pumped up, but outside I just feel fat...I need to trim down a bit of fat...but heck if I don't reack 150lbs before cutting punja and packers are gonna kill me hahahaha.

-well my next bottle should be arriving tomorrow according to my tracking number and I'm quite glad, because strength is off the hook for me right now, hit a solid PR for OH press, and I was able to raise my assistance OH press for high volume at 70x10 with explosive movement (used to be 65 and not explosive), also endured 95x10x5 on the upright rows, so main aspect of DAA for me besides strength is endurance.

My e-life has nothing to do with my real life...whatever happens here, it wont make a difference with the fact I gotta get stronger, bigger and faster...I got something I need to do , and I need all this strength for that...thus I simply separate stuff bro :)
 
Nice shoulder day brother your looking good on numbers and volume and I want to see you throwing up over 100lbs in couple months on barbell prsses!! I know you can do it.
