I started taking Ergobolic around 3 days ago and the sleep, mind muscle connection and drying effects of form-X got even better. I needed a cortisol control I was already at te point of no sleep and loads of stress, this combo if bad ass, form-X since to have everything to make it a perfect synergic product for any scenario.

Bro its ridiculous at my gym with half ass squats, well there's a lot of half ass everything. Ppl stare at when they see that i squat til my knees can't even bend anymore, like I'm doing them wrong lol.

I get the same look in front squats hahahaha they don't even think its different from back squats and wonder why the hell do I sit in my calves almost when I go down (idk why but for front squats I can go lower)

Brother Fu :) thanks a lot hehe! I am still trying to get more strength on my legs, I believe front squats have grown a lot for me, and also, they have helped a lot in my power cleans, deadlifts and back squats!! :D!
 
I can too, I always do mine on the smith machine though so I can concentrate better.

I swear to god I can NEVER use the smith machine, the one they have at my gym (only 2 of them actually) , the bars have no weight, like 5lbs or so, and also its too weird angled and I have never liked having not even a bit of margin of error :/!! Besides there's always girls and weird guys in them doing idk wtf they call them but those sure as hell aren't squats! They kinda put their legs all the way forward and go down weird...idk how to explain it...looks...weird...and like F*ckaraounditis (Martin Berkhan, 2010)

Lol yeah well I position my feet with my heels touching and my toes pointed outward, so I wouldn't b able to keep my balance with free weight.

I have never heard of that stance :blink: it is a legit reason for the smith machine bro to do it that way haha, but to do weird form and be able to slap on plates and act like you are a bad ass (because the bar weights close to nothing) like they do in my gym, is NOT a good reason at all haha :p

Sounds like a failed attempt at some hamstring strengthening to me. A pseudo hack squat if you will. This fitness fail brought to you by Smith machines. LOL No hate at Dr. Stri8ted I couldn't possibly do that with a free weights either. Might have to see what it feels like. What part of your legs do you feel it in the most?

Quads :p , Front Squats are killers for quads! They give HUGE mass seriously haha , and help to train explosiveness for Cleans , Snatches and Jerks.

Its works heavily the teardrop, which is the stubborn part of my quads and my teardrops r long.

Yeah definitely love them, I've had to lay off them though cuz those hurt my glute the most, I'm healing though so I should b back on them soon.
