Not much curling for me. My biceps are well under developed. My triceps give it bulk from all the pressing.
Everything eventually catches up I think. For me, I need a v taper like you have.

I do weighted chin ups , pull ups , hammer ups , religiously! On my spare time on days that I did them , or even on Squat day I'll be at home repping out BW until I get like 100+ just for the heck of it , push ups too, push ups I can rock out 100 straight, like 40~ explosives straight , and tops I've gotten with chin ups BW is like 32 in a row now. Punja adviced me to do them from time to time just for the heck of it and my lifts went up SO much. I was able to row 90x5 on DB single arm rows merely thanks to that hahaha
Any exercise that you move your body through space is superior . I learned that many years ago from my martial arts Sifu. You can easily become a beast by just doing prison workouts. I always try and incorporate a week of doing only "Body through space exercises" once every 8 weeks.

I guess if all comes down to genetics at a certian point. Everyone has strong points and weak ones. At 21 though you can put some nice meat on the biceps just got to work those b!tches
