Gains to the Lats and Shoulders that's plain to see. Nice job thats some hard work done in the gym. Do the work the results come plain and simple.

If you backed off a tad on the cardio you could easily get swole the f*ck up. I sweat from reading the cardio numbers you put up.

I was gonna upload this last week but forgot, that was just close to an hour on the stair master haha after that I went into an ego contest for a run at 9mph with a track athlete to see who would tire faster, I lasted 20~ mins and the "athlete" lasted like 15 hahaha excuse was that it was after a workout...I merely said: "I've been on the stair master for an hour...no excuses , btw I don't cycle thanks"

Why doesn;t anyone like my undies!! jesus...NOT shorts...just my boxers , I like a tight fit...its much more comfortable and it doesn;t roll up my legs when I put jeans on!

WHY DOES EVERY1 HAVE BIG ARMS BUT ME!!...it might be because I hate curling...but...biceps do nothing for my lifts...:(

Not much curling for me. My biceps are well under developed. My triceps give it bulk from all the pressing.

Everything eventually catches up I think. For me, I need a v taper like you have.

You can build big mass by doing weighted chins. You like doing pull ups.

Haha thanks bro! the V is straight genetics , well I didn't have the Lat Spread before , that took time , but the V tape for me was genetics because my waist is so tiny , when I cut down I got to a 25" relaxed waist , and right now its still around 26" haha. Such a small waist gives the impression of bigger lats <3!

I do weighted chin ups , pull ups , hammer ups , religiously! On my spare time on days that I did them , or even on Squat day I'll be at home repping out BW until I get like 100+ just for the heck of it , push ups too, push ups I can rock out 100 straight, like 40~ explosives straight , and tops I've gotten with chin ups BW is like 32 in a row now. Punja adviced me to do them from time to time just for the heck of it and my lifts went up SO much. I was able to row 90x5 on DB single arm rows merely thanks to that hahaha

Any exercise that you move your body through space is superior . I learned that many years ago from my martial arts Sifu. You can easily become a beast by just doing prison workouts. I always try and incorporate a week of doing only "Body through space exercises" once every 8 weeks.

Well I do love weighted dips, chins, pull ups, hammer ups, push ups...hm...that is basically it haha I should start doing weighted jumping jacks and explosive crate jumps I guess :p!

I think those explosive movements would be sports specific. I guess if all comes down to genetics at a certian point. Everyone has strong points and weak ones. At 21 though you can put some nice meat on the biceps just got to work those b!tches

Its with bodyweight of course but u squat and then jump lol.

250x1 ok just found out THIS is my max really haha I thought since I could get 235x5 I could go 265, but it took me 3 attempts and a guy mentioning something hurtful to me to get me to do this. Über PR HERE :D first time with 250 and didn't give up, not ashamed I couldn't get the 250x3 hehe, I'll adjust to make this my max for the 5/3/1 week to see if I can get more than 1 rep...bear with me guys I know it's stupid to be happy about a fail or such a low weight on dead lifts :( but...it's progress from 3 moths ago when my deadlift was stuck at 185lbs

I loved this workout haha and I feel like I didn't f*ck my back up maxing out :)

Form-X notes:

-Same results, though I feel like the recovery between sets is improving a lot too, might be a benefit over prolonged use, but what I do notice even better every workout is mind muscle connection.
