Impromptu Cardio day:
I know I said I would switch and I have already switched for HIIT but today I felt like something...well different haha and enjoyed the nice sun outside!
Ok to explain my cardio Picture a Soccer field, on one corner it has pipes to do Pull Ups
So cardio went like this:
10 laps in 103 F heat of Texas Doing something like this:
-1 lap + 20 chin ups
-1 lap + 20 explosive push ups (clap)
-1 lap + 20 chin ups
-1 lap + 20 explosive push ups (clap)
-1 lap + 15 wide grip pull ups
-1 lap + 20 explosive diamond push ups (clap)
-1 lap + 15 wide grip pull ups (clap)
-1 lap + 20 explosive diamond push ups (clap)
-1 lap + 20 gorilla chin ups
-1 lap + 20 explosive push ups (clap clap)
Yes last set of push ups was a bit stronger and double clap! And I sweat my azz off, all was performed without any single break, I would arrive to the pipes running , jump and pull , no break or rest , fell from the pipes and RAN , push ups were soldier style, would arrive at push up checkpoint and drop flat on the ground on my hands to perform them! NO SURRENDER!
Total time: around 35 mins , Burn: Unknown.
Satisfaction: Totally satisfied.
Form-X Notes:
-I have started feeling a sense of heat and higher aggression when performing my workouts, and the increased focus is just amazing.

Solid day brother you are pushing more and more every day! C invest in some DS Craze it's crack rocks amazing pumps and taste good!
The epi is a very mild ph, so it can be used anywhere really
That's my current pre - workout. It gets me going pretty good in the morning since I'm off stims for a little while. The only problem is I keep spilling it all over myself! It takes talent dosing at 4 am.

I should have done 2x as much...but I am gaining weight ever since I cut back on the cardio...and that just makes me wanna keep it under control so I get bigger hahahahahaha

Thanks brother, I actually feel like I slacked off on cardio yesterday! But yeah Punja , Coop , and Natestereo did tell me many times to drop the 1h+ cardio extravaganza or I would not grow unless I was stuffing myself like a thanksgiving turkey that day too haha. I usually like going for a 1 hour or more run running at about 7mph~ so I can get like 7 miles+ in the hour, but yeah...Burns like 800 kCals and its too much a deficit to build muscle on...Though I gotta admit I'll make up for yesterdays laziness of just 30~ mins of cardio haha. I can't help it I'm a cardio nut
, and it helps with the calves and glutes

Damn good workout, wanted to stay off machines and I literally just camped at the squat rack until my ab assistance sets haha.
Form-X notes:
-strength keeps going up and the GI discomfort of DAA for taking it fasted and no meals seems to still be controllable by zipping more BCAAs

I do...I do pull ups with 45lbs plate...I can do like 15reps...today I'm gonna try gorilla Pull ups do I was thinking to do with 2 45lbs plates lol
