Originally they were meant to be 70, 80, 90 BUT I wanna push myself harder so I raised the max I'm gonna attempt this macrocycle, no time to slack off! Got less than 4 weeks left on Form-X gotta make it count!

Changed my schedule this week due to the 4th and the fact the gym is closed on Wednesday so...come on Form-X I need to be fine by Thursday!

Side note: I got told I have huge triceps and strength or a guy my size haha and didn't even go all out today on the DB presses :p but yeah I loved my OH press today! Haha

Nice numbers on the seated DB press. You could go heavier no? I know peeps are scared to death to wreck there shoulders.

I love that exercise . 75's are scary though . Shoulders tomorrow I'll see if I'm crazy enough to buck up.

I usually go higher on the assistance lifts as I go closing up on the 3x3 and 5/3/1 weeks of the program! highest I've gone in 65s on the seated DB press!! I wanna see if I can reach 70s by the 5/3/1 week! Greedy much? haha...

Yeah my strength is finally coming back. I never knew the hit I took until I looked back and was like damn. For me it's the eating and staying consistent. I was missing a lot of variables before. I do feel a lot stronger and healthy before. Weight dropped as low as 188-187. Now I'm back @ 191, no fat gain. I'll be ok. :D
My main focus now is a swimming test I have to pass, which means I may drasticly limit my gym time to pratice.

Holy $hit lol, I literally decided yesterday that my next stack would be Form-x+ABE+X-Gels. I'm unaware of Reduce-xt but still lol, great minds think alike. I even sent Hvactech a PM about it yesterday.

Coop is a good dude for sure. Ergobolic is also a great product.

I'm seriously not kissing azz haha not matter how fine yours might be, but Form-X is in my opinion , along with X-Gels the key additions to a late stage cut :p! The DAA+AI Sinergy it poses idk...I fell in love with it , ABE is merely an add because I really want to try it, but as far as PWO Myotropic domination , X-GELS+FORM-X+CITRULLINE-M+AGMATINE+BAA+ALCAR=WIN seriously haha...thats a recipe for skin tearing pumps and strength ;)! You got sarcoplasmic and hypertrophy growth pathways covered there with a good training regime if you add those supps :D!

I could log a cut/ start a dual log competition with u thru august ! I do have a scheduled layoff the entire first week of aug tho! And my supps have me peaking for that week.. So it would be I retesting to see if I could hold onto it thru aug!

Personally, my year looks like:

Jan, feb, march- bulk ( "most liberal eating of carbs, NEVER unhealthy/junk )

April- recomp

May thru august- cutting

Sept-new years eve (lol) recomp

My biggest issue is tot much cardio year round.. Even during bulks.. Then when it's time to cut up, I have little to no room to increase intensity..
