None at all bro, but I am pretty acne resilient , I have NEVER had acne in my entire life , EVER , I even did Erase for 8 weeks and no acne, ECY stack for some 10 weeks and no acne either...No supps that can or some people claim cause acne have done a dent for my skin :/...

Ok diet totals in 2 meals:

-10 slices of ezekiel bread
-2 cups of brown rice
-2 tbsp of sesame tahini
-2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
-8 oz of lean turkey 99% fat free
-2 cups of oatmeal
-around 4-5 cups of fat free milk

Totals: Well over the 3200 kCals, but I can't pinpoint it since I AM sure I had 1 cup of milk at my fast break, and 2 at dinner for the oatmeal BUT I did have another cup and then a thirst/desire attack for more milk and drank from the gallon a while ago...so...yeah...around another cup or 2 there of pure sheer desire to drink in my dairy :p!

Macros: (again not that exact on the carb and protein value due to the milk "binge"):
-380-400? g carbs
-68g of fat
-138-150? g of protein

Anyhow , hit them all today...and damn food is good when its this much ;) , also, threw in an apple before heading out and some carrots too I have sliced and in the fridge ready to OM NOM NOM, the turkey is made kinda..."veggie curry" style with squash, carrots, boiled in its own juices and with ginger, cinammon and a bit of cayenne pepper :)

She likes horror movies as much as I do , so we went to Dollar Movies and watched Chernobyl Diaries, but the laughs, talk, company and good times were MUCH better than the movie all the way! haha

I know I said I would switch and I have already switched for HIIT but today I felt like something...well different haha and enjoyed the nice sun outside :D!

Ok to explain my cardio Picture a Soccer field, on one corner it has pipes to do Pull Ups

So cardio went like this:
10 laps in 103 F heat of Texas Doing something like this:

-1 lap + 20 chin ups
-1 lap + 20 explosive push ups (clap :D)
-1 lap + 20 chin ups
-1 lap + 20 explosive push ups (clap ;) )
-1 lap + 15 wide grip pull ups
-1 lap + 20 explosive diamond push ups (clap :) )
-1 lap + 15 wide grip pull ups (clap :p )
-1 lap + 20 explosive diamond push ups (clap :o )
-1 lap + 20 gorilla chin ups
-1 lap + 20 explosive push ups (clap clap ;) )

Yes last set of push ups was a bit stronger and double clap :D! And I sweat my azz off, all was performed without any single break, I would arrive to the pipes running , jump and pull , no break or rest , fell from the pipes and RAN , push ups were soldier style, would arrive at push up checkpoint and drop flat on the ground on my hands to perform them! NO SURRENDER!

Total time: around 35 mins , Burn: Unknown.

Satisfaction: Totally satisfied.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA I literally can't stop laughing! no , its with legs tucked in , and raised , kinda like the TOP part of the contracted motion for Hanging Leg Raises , instead I just HOLD it there , HARD legs on top curled and brace my abs and pull, its kinda like an upside down Bent Over Row with Underhand grip with my body as resistance. Works wonders for lat thickness and abs guys!!

The epi is a very mild ph, so it can be used anywhere really

That's my current pre - workout. It gets me going pretty good in the morning since I'm off stims for a little while. The only problem is I keep spilling it all over myself! It takes talent dosing at 4 am.

Yeah . I think it would be real nice with a natty test and a AI. I'll buy it again just for the pre workout boost and the good agression it gives me. I'm thinking M1D-Black/T-911 new version and formx. I know for a fact that will have some nice results.

But I feel like my arms might be lagging and I LOVE Pull ups and Push Ups , you have no idea how much I love BW exercises and well , I was sprinting too just not that much and going ALL out , I wanted to mix it up to enjoy it more :D! But HELL NO I would never x-fit...sh1t no! hahaha

Damn good workout, wanted to stay off machines and I literally just camped at the squat rack until my ab assistance sets haha.

Form-X notes:
-strength keeps going up and the GI discomfort of DAA for taking it fasted and no meals seems to still be controllable by zipping more BCAAs
 
If I ran that much the day before, I would have trouble working legs next day. And you have a PR on top of that. Great job !

But yeah Punja , Coop , and Natestereo did tell me many times to drop the 1h+ cardio extravaganza or I would not grow unless I was stuffing myself like a thanksgiving turkey that day too haha. I usually like going for a 1 hour or more run running at about 7mph~ so I can get like 7 miles+ in the hour, but yeah...Burns like 800 kCals and its too much a deficit to build muscle on...Though I gotta admit I'll make up for yesterdays laziness of just 30~ mins of cardio haha. I can't help it I'm a cardio nut :D, and it helps with the calves and glutes ;) ladies appreciate that! hahaha

Awesome brother! To make them harder you can hang a plate on your waist with a dip belt to add to the back development. A friend furthermore adds a 5 pound anklet on each leg to help the ab portion so it's harder to keep legs up :) they are amazing IMO :D

I do...I do pull ups with 45lbs plate...I can do like 15reps...today I'm gonna try gorilla Pull ups do I was thinking to do with 2 45lbs plates lol
