Good workout , included the power cleans since I'm trying to learn them and a power lifter here helped me out with form.

Told yah broYeah my strength is finally coming back. I never knew the hit I took until I looked back and was like damn. For me it's the eating and staying consistent. I was missing a lot of variables before. I do feel a lot stronger and healthy before. Weight dropped as low as 188-187. Now I'm back @ 191, no fat gain. I'll be ok.
My main focus now is a swimming test I have to pass, which means I may drasticly limit my gym time to pratice.
