Ok strength is clearly up haha loved this workout :)

Form-X notes:
-strength gains are more noticeable and I feel more confident in playing with heavier weights or pushing myself harder.
-Recovery and endurance keep blowing my mind on this, I barely had to rest for the weighted chin ups and hammer ups and I lasted for more reps better than when I did BW+20x7 or 8. Form-X goes wonderful with added kCalories and deloads haha.

Huge bro, does it still count that I had to take like 30-60 sec breaks for my deadlifts :(? I seriously couldnt go through 235x3 2 week ago, not even with breaks and now I could...is it still progress?

Dude hell ya. When your lifting heavy heavy you want to take 45-60 seconds between sets.

Dude hell ya. When your lifting heavy heavy you want to take 45-60 seconds between sets.

:D that means today we do increase kCals hahahaha the heck with fat, I finally feel my body is growing way stronger than I imagined it could haha besides...from the 3300 I've been eating , going up to 3500 its nothing.

To whoever wants to try Carb Back Loading: ITS A PAIN IN THE ASS!! Damn...yeah its sweet and all and nice simple carbs...but OMFG I turned into a bloated ball of...well...gas! I felt like Pumbaa for days with that sh1t! Not for me...I love normal IF LeanGains and not the IF CBL Hybrid...if anyone wants to try it, it does work, I did feel better and leaner but damn..the painful bloat is just too much for me! seriously too much...I can help out and set it up for whoever wants it, but damn...I'm back to my oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread/pasta and loads of veggies and bananas+apples...seriously...I'm way happier with those haha

Funny you mention this...a guy arrived at the same time as I did and he rushed to 1 of the 2 squat racks at the gym...and he was gonna do OH press, understandable, the rack does help get the position if you can't power clean your OH press...he starts doing the worst combination of Jerk/OH press form I have ever seen in my life...and says to a friend: "Oh yeah My Military press, as you can see, has gone way higher since I started doing CrossFit you should try it! Its better than powerlifting!"...When I heard this it was after my 115 warm up set...I powercleaned that b1tch and properly jerked it twice...Proper form and all...and then his friend asks me: "do you powerlift?" and I said: "Soon...It takes years to go up with proper form and not killing your joints...There's programs called Starting Strength and 5x5 if you are interested google them..." hahahaha not to be mean...but a Tike like me can Jerk 135 with proper form and this guy was doing a mix of weird jerk/oh with 95 and screaming his lungs out >_<!!! I don't like crossfit!! RAWR!

I love carb backloading on my bulks.. I had been doing it up until like last week tho=y I haven't been able to cut. Could u explain how u did yours?

Did the prep almost no carb face , then I did mine in a pyramidic way. Morning would include coffee and heavt whipped cream , some 3-4 coffees like that and some boiled lean beef so only protein and fats about to 50% of my protein intake before the workout. After the workout included white rice, golden and russet potatoes and some sugar , white bread and all. I would have around 70g of carbs first PW meal , then 150g on the second one , and at night having almost no fats and just protein and the rest of the 200+g of carbs in there, with real simple carbs , nothing dirty or highly processed though.

You know who makes the most noise in my former gym ? Crossfitters. I especially hate it when they throw the weight around. Go back to your warehouse gym jackass and play with bumpers on your plates.

I contemplated doing crossfit. After doing research, I changed my mind.

That gym was way too trendy and cater to the latest thing. I had to cancel and join another.

That's why I always bulk in the summer, only time I can sleep! I cut in the winter. Thermogenics and stims help for these cold Buffalo winters...although the secret we don't want the rest of the country to know is how warm they really are and how little snow we get...
 
My workouts this summer may consist of me moving out of / selling my current home and moving stuff into the new house my fiancee and I are in the process of buying.

I take stims 365 days a year.. When cutting I stack 2 stims. When recomp or bulk I stack a stim and a non stim like TTA or RK.. carnitines are a staple too.. I tried coming off stims this past winter And felt like death, could not function.. So I gave back in. I'm hooked on 1,3 dime sadly... I do abide by the 8 on / 4 weeks off protocol... After about two years straight on! :/ adrenal issues anyone?? Probwhy I can't cut for the life of me. Or sleep....

-2 cups brown rice
-4 slices of ezekiel bread
-1 cup broccoli
-1 cup cottage cheese (fat free)
-1 cup greek yogurt (fat free)
-1.5 cups of fat free milk
-3 tbsp of Sesame Tahini
-2 tbsp of Natural PB
All macros and kCals reported without taking into consideration the broccoli for caloric or macronutrient relevancy:

Totals for first meal: 1,828 kCals 240g of carbs 53g of fat 105g of protein

Yes I was hungry...I had a little bit too much for the first meal, doesn't matter haha I'll just adjust the other 2 ;)!

Now I got a good recipe for y'all out there: Indian Shake! I loved this one , like a cup and a half of water (or milk, in this case I used milk) some pepper and a bit of salt, add 1 cup of greek yogurt, ice cubes to taste and DAMN! This tastes amazing! Talk about a REAL protein shake ;)!

As for the broccoli well..I like my broccoli with cottage cheese so 1/2 the cup went there and the other half of my cottage cheese went to get mixed with the Brown Rice and 3 tbsp of sesame tahini and threw it in the microwave, you already know where the PB ended up, thats right in the 4 slices of ezekiel bread ;)! 1 for each sandwich! YUM!!
