Day 14 7/1
Cardio and mostly rest day:
Ok today is mostly gonna be a rest day for the last day of my 1 week deload but still I went out and did a mild 40 minute cardio, phone was running out of battery so I couldnt use my GPS app to track the max speeds , average speed and total distance, but I'm pretty good at knowing this route I take so I would say about 5 to 5.5 miles, I kinda woke up with that...Forrest Gump feeling

! Anyhow weight it day came in!!
Upon waking up: 141lbs
After cardio: 138lbs
The thing is , I cut it down on the cardio this week a lot and put up the calories way high and well had carbs over 450g some days...so I AM still holding a sh1tload of water, I know my body pretty good, and I am sure I am still holding about 2 lbs of water BUT I got no sauna around to just go, waltz in and sweat it all out :/...and well...my calves are still on fire haha and the quads are taking the punishment of the HIIT along with the glutes/calves haha. Now to break down my run of today:
-20~ minutes at a normal jogging/running pace of 6-6.5mph
-Saw a pretty girl nearby, had to impress!!: HIIT , only 4 sets though...my smoking lungs are taking their revenge

-4 sets of 30 second full ALL OUT sprint and 60 seconds of slow jog (I would say about 5mph since I did let her catch up just to get c0cky, smile and sprint away haha
-Lungs took it out on me and had a bit of a burn on my calves (Seriously who ever wants massive calves do sprints and stop doing calf raises like a maniac) and decided to just jog it up at the same pace I started, so until I reached 40 mins I kept jogging.
Decided to call it over since I am trying to gain weight a lot...and well those of you who know me, know that I am NOT making that big of a fuss that I was doing when I once saw 138lbs of "wet" weight on my scale (I bloat a lot :3) haha but its good to finally be closing up on the 138-140 DRY range when I sweat and drain it all out

, goal is to reach 145-150lbs and then do a mild 5-10lb cut in some 8 weeks and bulk again , but I know its gonna take me until december to reach 150lbs of drained dry weight haha and well...packing on some good fat too xD! Aw well I had to bulk some time! If not how was I supposed to grow stronger and bigger

Form-X Noted:
-I am loving the mood and libido...anyone can tell here I never smile and I am angry dude , well I even smile now haha, pics to prove it too, and I feel more confident even though I am gaining some fat

! Yet i dont know I like it haha, finally seeing myself grow is a whole different feeling from cutting and its all good since the DAA and the AI are actually helping a lot with recovery AND with strength+endurance gains

, I'm excited to be back on my normal heavier days and lets see this recovery and strength in action! Deadlift day tomorrow and I expect to finally get that 235x5!!
