favorite flavor? so good.. so so good. used to love cotton candy and cheesequake flavors from there
i think the best may have been the confetti cake one, I went like 4 times, the peanut butter pie is probably the second best I've had, I've gotten it twice in the last two weeks

OK well I'm mostly kidding about DQ.

I just don't eat there much.

I usually go for Blue Bell ice cream.

But as of recently I've been moving away from ice creams for a while and getting into Greek frozen yogurts.

So the Dannon Oikos Greek frozen yogurts are amazing!

Todays workout gents! Abs, calves, cardio! Also had cheat meal yesterday, so weight today is pretty much irrelevant! Will weigh in the morning!

good recovery, I too have been attacking the Greek frozen yogurts and the cookies and cream as well as the pralines and cream blue bell are fckn bomb

not so much, haha, i do buy some of the frozen ones still for that texture, some of the flavors on these are ridiculously good tho. For a regular Greek yogurt these can't be beat and have great nutrition facts, I add one to most of my meals unless im cutting

I always look at the sugar in them because it varies so much. Some have up to 20g per serving. 7 is very acceptable.

I feed them to my kids so I am very aware of all the ingredients of the different brands.

Today was sort of a whatever day! I did get in some productive work though! Been feeling a tad run down, so i took today easy and tomorrow will probably be pretty easy, and then i have a wedding saturday and then going to be off on sun! I will start hitting it back hard come monday! Also 4 week pics are due this tuesday!

Happens man. Take a few days off or a deload at like 60% intensity with some added volume. Maybe do something else active for a couple days like play sports or hike to reset your mind

Nah man! I had a cookie, then entree plate, and then 2 pieces of cake! This was my second piece! Also had some super strong lemonade! That crap was stout, but awesome tasting!

Oh natty... You got a lot to learn. Literally had a deep fried FEST tonight, green beans/ fish/cheese/onion rings/a failed attempt at a blooming onion, tomatoes with balsamic and basil with fresh mozzarella, homemade guac,
You name it we had it I'm still cutting a bit but I'm at 17-20% bf I assume as I still love it!! You have a pretty impressive Physique so trust me a little fun once in a while is alright! PLUS if anything it's motivation to kill it the next day!

We were at a martial arts tournament all day yesterday and I couldn't get out to eat all day, so I made up for it at dinner.

2 left over spicy tuna rolls
20oz rib eye
steak fries
green beans cooked in shallots and red pepper
and then had 2 huge pieces of crumb cake and 24oz milk for dessert

I have to if I want to maintain. I still have the metabolism of an 18 yo and is why I moved to IF awhile ago. I can eat huge and just about anything, but I don't have to eat all the damn time.

10-6ish. Usually try to keep a 15-16 hour fast but I am not killing myself if it slips a bit.

You do IF during bulking phase also? Or just whilst cutting?

I don't cut. I train mma, play rugby, and the occasionally train for an endurance event. If I cut, I'd fall apart. Yes, IF on a bulk too. 3500 cal maintain and 4500-5 on bulk.

6' and currently 212 and about 12%. I'll weigh 215 at the end of the day and wake up 210. Like clockwork.

Yeah I do IF too.

I might be able to get away with high calories but I'd have to do it early enough to allow fasting afterwards to keep weight gain off or I'll just get stupid full and bloated.

So eating every 3 hours at 6-7 meals a day is a thing of the past to you guys right?

That does NOT work for me in terms of losing weight.

i take an IIFYM approach to my bulking and cutting and with my slow metabolism i dont really have an issue. Although i do carb cycle with IIFYM and it works great for me. idk if you guys would want to take the time to try something like that but i can gain weight keeping my bf% to a minimal gain and lose weight where bf% drops quickly!

Gaining fat sucks. Especially if it happens much faster than muscle growth.

Even eating clean sucks and puts weight on.

Even if it's nothing BUT chicken breasts and rice.
