Did Chest yesterday, great session, really smashed it. Still focusing on keeping tension on the muscle instead of pushing good weight, the burn and pain you get from it is so satisfying.

Cable Flys, the action is from above you pushing down towards your feet, while turning wrists like you would arnie press so wrists are facing up at the end of the movement, great for tension and squeezing your pecs
