I do chest on Sundays and shoulders on Wednesday.
My schedule looks like this:
Friday - back
Saturday - legs
Sunday - chest
Monday - off
Tuesday - arms
Wednesday - shoulders
Thursday - off
Calves, abs, and cardio get worked in during the week.
It doesn't sound good to me, but if it works for you, then yeah! I know I'd be splitting that up and not having a dedicated arm day.
Only reason its like this is my gym partner can't make Thursday, but wants to hit chest/shoulders/back with me. If my gf wants to gym on saturday (i know she wants to sauna and swim) , ill make up for a poor leg session yesterday

Yeah its not ideal but I'm messing him around by not going Fri/Sat so it evens out. He's off to thialand at the end of the month so we've both got a lot on our plate.
Is anyone taking a week break like Touey from Follidrone? I dont want to stop taking it, but if its beneficial to have a deload week / time off follidrone then I guess I can pause it for a week kisaj TheMovement
I always automatically deload on Week 4 because I primarily do strength training, but also, with Follidrone I was adding lots of volume to the already high intensity training. I think it's a good preventative measure so you can work to your fullest and not be injured. Although the deload is an active deload (same exercises at half intensity or half volume)

Josh, just a question, if you keep mixing in supplements with Follidrone how will you determine which one yielded results? Personally I'd recommend sticking to one supplement at a a time (except PWO) and assess results.
I'm not a big fan of Snickerdoodle, but it is perfect with oats. That's my morning breakfast, every morning.all the select flavors are good, but CnC is really amazing tbh. snickerdoodle is good mixed up in oats
Ah, got it. I thought you were still evaluating Follidrone. You are looking at synergy between supplements. I agree that Follidrone is a great endurance booster. Personally I've been hitting PRs. What week are you in? Maybe go a total of 8 weeks then add to the mix? Great progress in here!

Thinking of adding OL Dermastrength to my stack. Doesn't look like it has any influence on libido, and strength gains always attribute to a better physique etc, what say you kisaj (im not so much asking your opinion on Dermastrength as I know you cant comment on a *****ing companies product, more what do you think of Laxogenin 5-Hydroxy)
I measure out half a cup of dry oats, 1 cup of water. Heat, cool for 5 minutes and then mix in 1/2-1 full scoop. I do that for lunch too so I'm taking in good fiber and low glycemic carbs.This sounds like a great idea! I have a big bag of instant oats from myprotein, and its definitely cheaper than buying porridge everyday. How much g of oats are you having a morning, 80g?

Im seriously thinking for 8 weeks of stacking Follidrone/ABE/Xgels. I already have the supps, minus the ABE, so the run wouldnt be expensive, only another $140. Will be a painful 8 weeks but I think it would be worth the pain. What do you guys think.

Managed to condense it all into 45mins which was good, not very much rest at all. did 15mins Xtrainer after to finish the deal. Looking forward to a weekend chilling with my girl and allowing my body to recover. Will be hungry come next monday after deload week to smash some PB's for you boys!

I actually really like the "pick me up" from Viron, I get about 20minutes after taking it. I think at 25 aswell, my test will have leveled off / started to slowly drop now. I think it reaches its height at 24ish?
Havent noticed anything else from viron, little libido boost but not much. Apparently 2 caps a day is pretty sexy, definitely going to try it out
I would think test boosters would be more useful at 30+. So you haven't really noticed much off of it other than libido...eh. Oh well![]()
It targets free test anyway, which I would imagine would be beneficial at any age past 18? Theres no harm in it anyway which is a good thing. Also the 'feel' you get is very beneficial. Going to up dosage to 2 caps a day next monday

Think my body will definitely appreciate the rest. With follidrone you dont really realise how much your body is crying out for a rest but like @Invalid Link Removed said, your body isnt a machine, you need to deload/take time off the gym to grow

I dont go out drinking etc anymore. So what I would spend on nights out, alcohol etc, I spend on supps/good food/girlfriend. Its a much better lifestyle
Also, just because I dont feel Viron, doesnt mean it isn't working. Pretty sure in all the people that ran blood, Viron increased their free test substantially
