I can never remember my damn weights here. I really hate this piece of equipment but that doesn't mean it gets left behind. I worked up to the whole stack for 8 reps and pyramided back down to 165 I do know. About 8 sets total

Biceps were superset throughout to keep tempo. i actually Loved todays session as I just wasn't getting tired. I felt ready to go as soon as my partner finished up. Shame its his last day in the gym with me Ive lost a ton and hes up 11lbs. Hard work pays off and I cant wait to start #OperationAbomination

My girl def. won't approve my other pics Lls but I must say I'm happy where I am. Who knew 20lbs could look so night and day like

You made those rows look easy!! Back looks amazing and shoulders are shredded! Hard work is steady paying off!

Row video is legit!!!!

Thanks man, I honestly would rather deadlift then do those heavy suckas again

Awe thanks girl! Dunno how my shoulders are doing this. The vascularity comes and goes extremely quickly with them but it's sick mid pump

Hard work indeed as I'm sure a full week off is in my future. TNDO only applies during the training towards a goal not the planning I between lol

Today was on freaking point! I was picking stuff up and moving it like it was nothing. I actually do feel alot stronger than I normally do or would. Got a little more Folli from my buddy. Will repay em later but I am going to keep pressing this damn thing!

Both sessions are very impressive bro.

Huh... The BB walkouts; never seen that before. Is that weight you're currently able to squat?

might be a dumb question but what is the auction forum? is it just the same thing as a classifieds section?
Yes, it's called "Supplement Auction" forum. Good deals once in a while.

Extremely strong presses! Very, very impressive workouts! Jealous as heck!

No not at all I picked weights I could deadlift

Extremely strong presses! Very, very impressive workouts! Jealous as heck!

Thanks man! I cannot wait until I starting putting weight and strength back into the mix!

I started incorporating walkouts at the beginning of my working sets with rest/pause. I am finding that it is great for the mental state as well as physical because I am walking out with essentially 100lbs more than I am going actually squat in my working set and then when I unrack my working set, it feels light. Of course, ROM isn't. LOL

I I rarely do them but when I do I treat them like the same overload for negatives. I think I need to go way heavier though because I could hold position well and my core wasn't taxed as bad as I thought it would be

Well, I think the key is to be able to hold position with solid form and not necessarily tax your core, but prepare and acclimate your body to heavier loads from lift off.

Really good tips. My walkouts need improvement, and I've never put much thought into raising weight and practicing that.

Nice work big dog! Isn't it funny to be able to press over 4 bills on a cut? Lol, I know it is for me, this was always high carb territory. I'm gonna start adding in some carbs now, I'm down to 230 and have gotten pretty lean. Keep crushing!!

I do believe it really helps get the body ready for growing into heavier stimulus. I cant break it down that far but the shaking rigidness I feel when working above 90% is greatly lessened from what a few guys who do them often tell me. I dont get to train with them much as its just a time issue but I do realize the potential for it to be true. The ? becomes just how intune are you with your CNS to know when you are positively overloading it or just causing more harm than good. I have not done them enough to know myself.

Try it out. I use deadlift numbers as they are heavy weights moved within a different movement pattern. Dont know if that will lead to anything but time will tell.

Man it feels amazing. MAN your pics show a damn crap load of hard work. Seriously Im wondering how much I will adjust my diet now to let the gains begin. I think our next competition is def. on the way!

I guess with experience it just becomes a gut thing. When I am run down and just want to sleep or lose motivation for a few days after an extremely taxing workout or string of them I generally know I need to pull it in. I can even get sad for a little period. Other than that it is kind of a balancing act.

I dont even know how, why, or what seemed to posses me tonight but knowing how close this comp is getting I am putting forward the best show of where I have come that I can. I am still quite young in many things but I do know I will challenge any individual to outwork me. More damage than growth at times but I am confident in my body's ability t o recover and adapt to the adverse and sometimes SICK torture I put on it. Folli and MP these past few days and will continue up until the 3rd for picture day. Thinking I will not only have left a very solid mark on AM for this log, but a mark towards a really effective supplement. Follidrone is something that can benefit any goal, its up to the user to drive onward towards it.
