All honesty my feet seemed scary wide I can rest my wrists on the floor and my feet out just outside the widest ring settings. I wouldn't mind getting a vid critic soon

Guys seriously thanks. Feels like it's been a long road here but I set a goal and I know I've surpassed it! Oddly enough strength has stayed so consistent and up throughout that it would drive gains left and right. I can honestly say this is the best stack and run I've had to date
 
Shoulder is sore as Crap, kids needed help on their Db Snatch so I offered what I could. Moved some serious weight and I guess I forgot just how taxing it can be as I was tossing 120s overhead like it was light (pretending) and doing sets of 8 on an arm. Along with my shoulder, my obliques are fried and have been all day. New soreness is quite a surprise this far in.

Followed up with a great humbling experience at WalMart, a lady stopped me and hugged me for always taking to time to help others while working and constantly being on the lookout for accidents. Just so happens I pulled a bar off her kid when he was squatting without any safety bars and it pinned em seated. Of course it was bad but I got em out safely and she sadly watched the whole thing from a treadmill and was so overwhelmed that we do have people available to help constantly. Its a YMCA and Im always the tool-bag looking guy jst because i like my hoodie up for awhile and Im not afraid of lifting in just compression gear. But because of her I cannot wait to be back on the floor working for my community. Seems walking the line does have its benefits.

Pumped like crazy today. Triceps were actually painfully swollen but I beat them pretty good and did all of this just over an hour so I deserved it. Currently writing out my reviews for products used along the way so be on the lookout for it. I feel like these 3 months have really blown by.

My gym could definitely use your caring spirit lol too many guys lifting in either chacos or flip flops in the free weights section of the gym...
 
Sats Back session was sick, followed up with tons on cardio and the best relaxing night with my new GF (I say GF but eehhh titles lol)

Today I had a bit of a deload day, did alot of 110s, 40s, and Bleachers are my legs just wernt there,....so I was thinking

Started with 8mins on Summit Trainer and foam rolled before squats

Bb Back Squats:

Hit the Leg press for 10mins of easy reps of 15 with not much rest. Literally was back and forth between my partner until he tapped lol. Well over 150 reps im positive lol.

Finished out with 30mins on the bike just to spin out nothing crazy. Had some time to kill. Feeling better physically and emotionally. Feels pretty damn good on a Sunday guys.

Lord I swear I dont even know why dudes in flipflops make me do my job lol. If I know them I just step on their toes, and send them for their shoes. Thanks for the words caring is just what I do lol

Folli Pumps and endurance effects are full swing and I dont feel like I have lost a beat yet. Only used folli and norco PWO and I cant say I am displeased. You get what you put in. I will say that I am dying to try this on a full calorie surplus when I know my body will have what it needs to grow. I dare scare it will scare people

Feel the same way bro. Folli is definitely helping me retain muscle mass on this cut but I'd love to run it again once I'm done cutting.
