Just had no motivation, way too much Life stuff going on so the session suffered a little, if you want to call it that.

Mnday and Tuesday were just sick workouts, played with the weights by ear and keep it moving and blasted away. Endurance was awesome on both acconunts.

Hit up a new gym tonight for legs, Went in search of new TITANS to challenge and my search failed....motivation for seeing competition other than youtube is lacking. Getting tired of having no one to "be" stronger than. Hell im 24 competition is everything for myself atm!

Literally hit countless other leg machines at this AMFAM didnt record weights because I couldnt find the starting weight of anything. Loved having a Prone leg curl and Hack Squat though. Seriously missing links for myself.

Hit Arms hard with some friends for an hour after I topped off my legs and 30mins of abs. Just going machine and area to area doing 3 set burnouts as fast as we could. Sauna for 12mins after. Honestly 2.5 hrs in the gym today but I wanted to hit everything and I damn sure did.

Bad news seems I've strained my peck benching sharp stinging pain bit the strength was still there. Was chasing my 225 record and was on rep 23 and the eccentric gave me a pinch. Slight brushing already but I confident it will pass this weekend. Worked around it best I could but ended up leaving frustrated and pisses. Hoping back is possible but may be attempting legs again tomorrow.

I must grow stronger than this and I will!

Bruising is down a good bit, couldn't be avoided and stretch marks are bright pink on my left side, dark purple and almost blue on my right. Growth might actually be. Good explanation as the strength isn't an issue but the nagg and afterburner is just silly. Still better than safe than sorry. Today's back day went over quite well

Awesome man, idk how long youre going to be running the log for but it can carry into a new log. for reference i hit a PR of 315 for 4 sets of 8 two weeks ago (not a hypertrophy guy) so im going to assume we are fairly close.

Ill be running Folli in about 4 weeks though so if im behind you ill be catchin to your big numbers

I will start a new one for a lean gaining log but it I will keep the competition btw us alive. It will be good fun for both of us and a way we can continue to stay motivated

Honestly the Best leg workout of the Summer. I mean hands down. Focus was there, I wasnt as deep as I would have like but I rarely go over 4 plates and I need to change that most certainly. It had been so ling since I actually felt weight bear down onto me but I know 475lbs will be my goal for the year! Superset arms all throughout this workout and it really helped keep tempo. We were focused enough that when we wernt changing weights were we moving weight and this day was great. I wouldn't change a damn thing.

Great energy in the gym today and this damn week cant keep going this strong or else I may pass out lol. Endurance was awesome and rest time was a 2nd thought.

Just love the volume!!! You would just get a kick out of me having to stand on the bench and swinging down on the lat pulldowns since you can't even get a full stretch! Lol

Hmm Honestly my old bounce off the chest bench of 425lbs was an old PR. I can touch and go 405 when peer pressure calls for it (Gotta keep the local clients in their place, work with alotta HS kids) but I can almost pause it. Arms have kept size and gone up actually. Squats going up but I had surgery on my knees for 3 straight yrs so this is the strongest they have been. Its hard to say because everything feels heavy AF! but it moves....it surprises the crap out of me sometimes even though people regularly look and think its easy. I honestly feel like ive lost 30lbs within this year but what ive gained is what keeps me wondering. I don't know fully as I forget to get my BF% done all the time but I started just over 14%(Officially "cutting" after being 16%).
