Honestly outdid myself IMO. I can never usually get this much work done in 2 hrs but man I was home before 8! Sickening the way I flew through and stay on the task today. Back was so pumped on 2 different occasions someone slapped my lats asking why was I flexing....weirdos, but a darn good feeling lol. 1st Bottle of Amento is down, def running a second, I did use Conquer today so Alphamine PWO 2morrow. I dare say This is the best stack Ive used to DATE! Honestly seemed overkill at first, but for no reason with the sales from this year can I say I am losing out!

Welp I am tired as crap, dinners down, clothes ironed for 2morrow and im spent. Leg day was the damn best its been in awhile fighting through the pain of this meniscus is just silly but easily done nowadays. Will fill in details tomorrow but vascualrity after deadlifts was insane! Never seen so veins cross so much over my temples and forehead which leads me to believe I am getting leaner but time shall tell. Its weird as I am down in BW atm but I feel bigger, strength is still slowly climbing, and my focus in the gym was on point today. Think the Beast is on its way in another week.
 
Whoa what a week it has been, from Grad school interviews, a new promotion at work, and PRs that have even my Director swearing I am on juice has really gotten me riding high. I do apologize for the lack in updates but life has kept me home sleeping alone and it will be only another 4 days of it before I get a nice break. I will say I bumped up to 3 caps for Friday and Sat sessions and man! MAN!!! Pumps just seem stupid. I think I will use 3 caps 3 days a week and 2 on the rest as now I can say Im blasting volume that just seems silly and its hard to believe. Fridays session was alot of pause benching that went overly well.

You could do 225 on Front lol Yea, oddly my back hasn't bothered me a bit so I will go heavier next week, and Thanks! Literally the best I can say I have looked but still hungry to become something more, ya know this journey can be quite addictive and obsessive lol. Thanks for the comments though they actually carry weight with me

Amento: Seriously a great vascular add in

F-95: Hardest to read but I am not too overly hyped on this even with its "outstanding" research. I have alot more reading to work on here but maybe for my age it just doesnt stand out in this stack. At the end of the day its just not as cost effective at 100mgs as it seems as I will be out in another 2 weeks.

Follidrone: Man this is a haymaker. I can easily compare it on in as I have used it at 2 caps for the most of this run so far and I do feel the soreness and the uprising of pink stretch marks across the shoulders and lats just cant be denied. I can be terribly sore at times but strength isnt slacking so I am quite pleased. Endurance has me leaving the gym some days strictly because I know Ive been going too insane and I need to be able to sleep. I push the envelope but have yet to go insane on this of a day

Alphamine: Never ceases to disappoint. It rocks nouf said
Conqu3r: THE BEST PRE OUT ATM and within my personal use #1 Dont care what anyone else says I love it

Sry, I wasn't upset at all lol. Was completely gassed and had keep pressing onward. Hate having to work when my lifts are booming

Lord yes! My "assistance and touch up" weights are booming just because I feel so fresh towards the end.

Actually adding another cardio day in and looking to buy a bike soon
 
Me too, I'm amazed how hard I can go on my sets that are at the end for burn outs, and the pump is ridiculous and I can just keep going with more weight than I'd expect. I think I almost exploded my knees doing legs today lol, I've been doing two a days since I started and I've been eating like a carnivorous rabbit haha
 
That is why I added in the sled and kettlebells at the end. I know I could/can keep going and rather than alter my routine too much and put undo stress on my joints, I blast myself with HIIT at the end of each workout.

What a terrible problem to have. lol

Most people are noticing right away, some it takes about a week. Is your training on track so you have a solid baseline to work from?

Yup I hit each body part twice a week, I'll change it up next week and would upping it to 3 caps help?
