I had a nagging little pinch that was more annoying, I wouldn't quite say it was injury but actually more from overuse. Follidrone I believe has most definitely helped because this has been ongoing for over 3 months without resolve. Ironically, I starting taking Follidrone and I'm getting stronger and feeling better overall, and not just the shoulder so I would most definitely say it's the Follidrone helping. Coincendental? Perhaps, but I doubt it at this point because everything's feeling much better. Today I did a hiit type class and I'm a weight lifter so you know cardio is tough when you have more muscle (more muscle=more oxygen) and after class, (btw I crushed it in class), I did deadlifts, I had more in the tank. Usually I go straight home and never have enough for weight training. I'm 47 and I haven't felt this good in a long ass time...even when I was taking liquid ostarine. The shutdown is what led me to Rebirth and eventually seeing Follidrone 2.0 being out, I got on it right away and it's been great. Day 4 and loving it.
