Yea dropping DHT whit what we know today would be bad as it really enhanced mood and sexual drive as well as fat-loss etc.
Let's hope it does not interact with DHT orally although I'm sceptical until I see some blood that prove otherwise.
If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and sounds like a duck it probably is a duck = may inhibit dht at some degree.
Although formeron also inhibited dht?

Everything seems to hate men even nature with everything either lowering DHT or act like a estrogen :(
Only thing that raising DHT is synthetic it seems?
Thinking about asking some proviron 50mg but seems like a bad idea to mess with the hpta for some hardness/libido...

Tons of guys mention increased libido and sexual function with Follidrone. If it reduced DHT this would for sure not be happening.
Im skeptical until I see bloodwork that says it does.
 
Hey guys, is FD2 really healthy??
Since 2 days, I think it Kicks in. I have MONSTER Pumps and the Gym Buddys are asking what I take.
I do one set Pullups and look like an airballoon :D
This Stuff is so strong, I Hope it really don't do something with my hormones

Increased muscle, strength, and fat loss, plus, there are a bunch of positive health benefits.
No negative impact on hormones.

Left is this summer and then now. Summer was middle of cutting eating 1650 calories a day. Now FD2 and 2,300 calories a day :)
There was a 8 week cut in between these and a 3 month bulk/off of working out due to surgery.

Looks like some legit differences. Especially considering your calories are so much higher and you look more muscular and leaner now in my opinion.
 
I got two bottles of this on the way to begin using when I start PCT. Hopefully I keep my strength and continue to lean out.
 
Can someone subscribe what does the hypo feeling means?
I can take 2 caps fully fasted and can hit the Gym. I have great endurance and have Nice pumps.
But I have the feeling my body can't absorb carbs. I dont get stronger from them and dont get fuller muscles. Maybe should I up my fat intake ?
I am eating mainentance 260carbs 68fats 150protein, with an bodyweight at 69kg 11% bodyfat. My bodyweight is still the Same but i am feeling Flat the hole day, if i am not pumped up.
I would be very happy when someone has some helpful ideas :)

Are you dieting? How tall are you? Your age? Have you been training long and what type of training do you do?

At your weight those Macros look like maintenance to me so you do need to decide on one direction or the other. Unless you feel very flat in appearance I doubt your body isn't utilizing those carbs still as your endurance hasn't suffered in the gym. Pumps are a matter of exercise intensity imo but what do I know lol. Fill in the details and we can help you a bit further.

I personally take FD2.0 fasted a lot and I don't feel any negative sides from it, but I eat within an hour afterwards.

I am 1,76m tall, 24 years old and have 5 years Training experience.
Since 1,5 years i think i have Found the perfect Training for me. I made good strength gains with the macros I listed on the top ^^
But this year january till february, I did a diet with Burn24. I took it 2 months and this was the beginning of feeling flat if I eat carbs.
Since I took this **** my Body has Problems with put on mass.. I can eat 400 carbs and still feel flat but VERY spongy the next day ��
It feels like i dont absorb nutrients anymore..
My aim with FD2 is a Recomp or ********
 
3 weeks in and FD2 is beginning to show it's worth.
Fuller, stronger, and more endurance.
Hypo feeling on empty stomach is gone (guess i adapted) and it really shines on high carb days (refeed day for me).
Leg-days = best days with this endurance.

If anything Follidrone will help you absorb more carbs.
I think your likely not eating enough. 99% of the time guys I meet who say they cant put on mass eat like squirrels.
If you want to grow you have to eat. And at 11% bodyfat you being spongy is likely more related to sodium or something than carbs.
If your goal is go grow increase cals by about 500 at a time.
Increase protein to 1.5 to 2g per lb bodyweight.
Aim for 6 meals daily. Eat every 2-3 hours. Eat real food, not shakes and drinks and bars.

FD2 really starts to shine on the second bottle. Just like anything anabolic it takes time to work its full magic.
The endurance is insane for me.

Its like anything else. If you want to build a wall you need lots of bricks. If you have a 10 brick wall and you want a 15 brick wall you have to get more bricks right?
Same thing with building muscle. If you eat 3000 cals per day and weigh xxx you will not grow larger unless you eat more.

Yes I know^^ i Upped calories from 2300 to 3000 now. Normally I have really Bad genetics and I add fat very fast.
But maybe I can improve my shape, I can hit the Gym much harder with FD 2.

I agree with this, but to stay leaner i find it best to limit the surplus of calories and use as little extra that is required so that i only end up putting on leaner mass than unwanted fat gain.

I am of the opinion that the saying, "push and eat" must be overcome.
You have to eat the right one, the calculated one, the one you need. You need to raise your muscle slowly, clean, trying not to get too fat.
The cycles, the hyper diet, the hypo caloric diet, should be alternated, even for a metabolic question, leptin hormone, insulin resistance, etc etc.

I'm at the 3rd week of FD2, is starting to feel.
I am already an old customer, I know the product!! ;)

i consider using this during my cut. I maintain around 2,200kcal and last cut I did 1650kcal per day. What do you suggest to keep calories at when I cut? Also was going to incorporate Radiate during my cut too. Cutting for 10 weeks

Yes, FD2 is multi-use, even in cut has its purpose ... well I see it well even during those cheat meal / refeed, full of carbohydrates ...

I started a mini cut, the calories I'm not lowering, the carbohydrates, the cyclists, the day on, the high carbohydrates, the low fat, the day off, the low carbohydrates, the high fat. Proteins 2gr per kilo.
I added two cardio liss sessions, 30 minutes each.

FD2 causes me to need about 20% more calories no matter what phase I am in.
I would start your cut with maintenance calories and increase volume a bit (which FD2 will naturally help you with)....and a bit more as your cut progresses and as you add cardio. I would try to keep the calories as high as possible for the first 4-5 weeks.

Always keep calories as high as possible whilst still reaching, fat loss goals e.g. if aiming for 1lb per week conservative then eat the highest calories possible to keep weight loss going, it is also easier i find to keep carbs as high as possible because they can be the 1st macro that you start to reduce to keep caloric deficit state. ideally you would want to be on higher calories than previous cut if possible to maintain / preserve more lbm and just be able to eat more in general.

I take my FD2 with a scoop of Triumph/1 serving Gatorade followed by my preworkout 45 minutes later with no issues

ARA is an inflammatory and FD2 is an anti inflammatory. Brundel does not recommend taking them together (and I don't think he feels ARA is very good for the body).
