Is there an Expiry on the ones you had,

i have 2 of the same bottles but they were from and early batch so had no seals.

No exp that I saw. Just the silver seal at the top. Got the new bottles at strong if anyone wants to make sure they get the new ones.
 
Ok cool, my latest were from Nutriverse.

I am now up to 6 caps per day, and pumps were great in yesterdays workout despite strength levels for training fasted and being PSMF for last 5 weeks.
 
Think i'm experiencing some flushing effect from the niacin i follidrone, a slight burning sensation in the skin (know it from before).
Since i get in about 40mg/day from multivitamin + other supps i'm hoping to keep it under 80-100mg/day.
Understand that brundel wants to keep the amount a secret though :)

The Niacin in Fd2 is bound to quercetin. Its metabolism is much slower and flush is almost impossible. Even at 700mg I dont feel any and I normally flush at 50mg niacin. You may be experiencing some vasodilation but you wont get the skin burn and eat heat etc lol.

Yea takes some time to find the right timing for this supplement if you are sensitive. Easy to go hypo, but iof you time carbs the warm feeling hit you (nice) and veins start to pop.
Will begin to add some pre-workout carbs to fill me up and then just have a protein drink post-workout in wait for my big post workout carb meal.

Thoughts about high dosage of niacin...
Does i not hindered fat-burning? (read that somewhere) But then we are maybe talking mega-dosage 1g+

In this case the dose of niacin is not super high as its 70%+ quercetin. Overall your getting only a relatively low dose of niacin and its very slow acting so....Its like taking 10-20mg several times a day. Or something like that.
 
Unsure when to take the third dose. Breakfast is at 6am. Lunch 12. Dinner 430pm. Workout 730pm. Second dinner 830pm. One dose at 6am. Second and third with workout or one at lunch and one preworkout.
 
Nutriverse is good. I've had some small problems but all got solved. And cs is good and helpful. Thou the issue with some out of stock items showing in stock is annoying.
But prices are great and I would recommend.
 
The reviews on customer service are less than stellar

no expiry or manufacturing date on the bottles though? you guys have very different laws to us lol.

There are sales from time to time. Generally Nutriverse runs a sale every couple of months. And they normally have additional codes etc that bring cost down even further. Maybe inquire with a NV rep about sales.
Sometimes TGB has sales as well.

Even roids takes time before they "kick" in.
It's not a PWO but slowly you should notice benefits from it, but like always it's the effort you put in they gym and recovery alongside good nutrition that will make the biggest difference.
Supplements can help with that in the sense that they can enhance you performance in they gym and recovery as well as the feeling that you have "invested" into you training = helps you keep they eye on the ball and keep it consistent.

I always find around 5 days to a week on and the effects get better as time goes on, e.g. 2 month runs i feel are a minimum to get the most out of it, once coming off i do notice i do not stay as lean and endurance drops off a little but strength seems to remain.

Should be fine, although some of us like to cycle products just in case you build up a tolerance plus to economize.
 
Follidrone has several ways in which it helps you build muscle, burn fat and increase performance.
All of these things increase with time and as its been stated before 8 weeks + is great as the longer you run it the more the benefits shine.
4 weeks is good but 8 is better and 12 even more because it takes time for the altered enzymes and increased follistatin etc to work.
Follidrone can be run 24//7 year round.

coming off a natty contest prep, got extremely lean, and am now just beginning recovery / reverse phase diet phase. Would you all wait for natural muscle rebound to come back say a month or 2 before jumping on a solo run of FD2.0 or jump right in. I.E. the gains are going to come back naturally and quickly so should I "Save" the advantage of FD2 until I hit my target settling weight o just roll with it?

I think you answered pretty well yourself.
As it's expensive, save it for getting those last gains later.

I dont know whats in bloodshred so I cant say for sure but Follidrone has a strong absorption package intended to increase the absorption of the actives. I doubt Rhodiola will have any negative impact. More absorption in this case is better.
With drugs this isnt the case always.

Yea dropping DHT whit what we know today would be bad as it really enhanced mood and sexual drive as well as fat-loss etc.
Let's hope it does not interact with DHT orally although I'm sceptical until I see some blood that prove otherwise.
If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and sounds like a duck it probably is a duck = may inhibit dht at some degree.
Although formeron also inhibited dht?

Everything seems to hate men even nature with everything either lowering DHT or act like a estrogen :(
Only thing that raising DHT is synthetic it seems?
Thinking about asking some proviron 50mg but seems like a bad idea to mess with the hpta for some hardness/libido...

Since 2 days, I think it Kicks in. I have MONSTER Pumps and the Gym Buddys are asking what I take.
I do one set Pullups and look like an airballoon :D
This Stuff is so strong, I Hope it really don't do something with my hormones

That's the beauty. It's that good and it doesn't mess up your hormones at all 1000%, it actually keeps you healthier.

Admire the effects it gives you with no worries but gains kid
