FOLLIDRONE 2.0 FAQ Updated follidrone writeup and info***

:) anything I need to include on my log.. first timer here! :arms: Also can I use FD2 with yohimbine + caffeine? Using for my bulk period, but looking to lower body fat also.

Keep track of weight, BF%, endurance and strength and overall physique appearance. Many times weight will not tell the tale. Lots of FD2 users are seeing bodyfat drop while muscle mass increases so we cant rely on weight.
So...we may need progress pictures from time to time. Ehem......for science.

Can use Yohimbine and caff with FD2.
 
FD2 is making me so hungry and I'm eating like crazy. Does the hungriness go away eventually or eat more.

Eat more for sure. The added cals mainly go to the muscles so this is a great time to really up the cals.

I noticed it does allow for you to maintain better condition when on an get away with cheating on diet more e.g. weekly every sunday, i used for around 4-6 months last year and noticed after 2-3 weeks off condition changing, i have been on it for past 4-5 months and will do another 2 before having a 12 week break before going back on. I also find it works well in combination with Ignit3, Bloodshr3d, Assass1nate, Letrone, DCP, Reduce XT, and Test boosters such as K1ngsblood or Test1fy.
bb333 have you tried Tr1umph the soy lecithin based daily ergogenic, i used it all of last year straight and am now having a break and not noticing any major performance difference.
 
I also dropped FD2, Letrone and all other supps for 3 days last week Friday, Sat and Sun, i found that without a pre workout and use of FD2 during my friday leg workout energy levels dropped dramatically half way through leg session which doesn't occur normally, FD2 always allows for me to perform more sets and helps greatly with endurance despite being in large caloric deficit and running on low carbs.

The nutrient shuttling keeps muscles full so even when your eating less or running lower carbs.
It sucks not having that extra boost but at least now you know how much of a difference it makes!

I tried Tr1umph for two months, the bulk period, honestly I liked it!
I can say that I have noticed the slightly bulging muscles ... NOT vascularized, but full.
Inflate such as creatine, I noticed more physical strength.
Nothing more.
Nice, but expensive, I do not buy it again I would try the product of the MPA, which contains phosphatidic acid and other things.
Definitely I will try it in my next period bulk!
Now I'm starting with cutting!

deadlifts follidrone2 when, after you see the difference, it's amazing!

Last year, stack Ignit3 + follidrone2, one month only, after finishing, I went into depression ... lost strength, and so much resistance! LOL

I find same thing when in PCT, depression due to numbers falling and reps dropping, but there is always muscle memory and possibility of gaining it back. I find FD2 Letrone and other supps I am on good for maintaining mass from cycles which is a major + for me.
 
Hey pretty new here. So I've been looking up supps for strength gains and everywhere I look I keep seeing people suggest Follidrone 2.0! Honestly I had never heard of it before here but wow it seems awesome. Is it available in Canada? Also any chance you are looking for someone to do a log? I personally think I am in a prime spot to make great progress. I have already lost a good amount of fat and gained solid muscle and if this really lives up to everything people say I think I could explode! I'm also planning on starting most likely a PHAT program for strength gains which will also be my first time running a well designed program. Thanks

Couldn't help with Canada, as I'm not sure. brundel knows for sure. As for me, it's my fave anabolic and to not even shinning fully yet. Only on start of week 4 as of today and it's awesome. I wasn't expecting to get lean off it, but I have. I as well have lost quite a bit of weight a couple years back and wish I had this when I found the gym (after loosing 100lbs, I had no muscle). I will forever run follidrone now in my stacks

How are you eating with it? Deficit/maintenance/surplus? Are you following suggested use?

I am taking as suggested but some take 4 or 5 caps. Me being in college, my funds are limited so I stick to cost effective. With that being said, I am using it for a fat loss aid and strength is increasing at 200 below maintenance. I have lost a good amount of fat and lifts have stayed the same or increased. No decreases. Brundel and other will say you can eat at a slight surpluses and still lose fat. I haven't tried it (yet) but I can tell you just from my progress that would definitely work.
 
Also, if you chose a surplus make sure the added x amount of calories are carbs. Follidrone will push it all straight to those red pieces of growing meat
 
what number would you say for grams per lb of body weight for carbs?
Everyone is different m8. For me, I shoot for a little under 2g/lb since I'm trying to shed some fat. I'd you're really trying to put on size my guess would be around 3g/lb with follidrone

Thanks. I'm really new at tracking everything at taking my diet to the next level. My current progress is because I was fat and just started to eat healthier and workout. There wasn't a ton of thought to it.

Its not available in Canada. Your best option is to order from nutriverse (2 bottle pack) and ship to Canada. Never I have I had a problem getting natural or non natural stuff shipped to Canada.

I would dose the Letrone @ 1 cap before bed. Its all you need and it will last 3 months! You could not have made a better supp purchase. Have fun!
 
I am currently doing 2 letrone pre bed and 3 x FD2 through day, but will change the follidrone to 6 caps per day next month and see if there is an improvement.

I dosed like this for 5 months. Sometimes I took 1 cap at a time throughout the day and sometimes I took 2 caps 3 times a day (during a bulk). Whatever the case, I got about 6 caps in - each day.
 
How much time should I allow between dosing and a large carb meal? When I take a partitioner (Slintensity) I give it a good 30 minutes before eating. Does FD2 care if I take it with the first bite of my meal vs giving it time to kick in?

I think giving it a bit of time to get things rolling in your guts a better option but we don't live in a perfect world. Taking it with your food I doubt will be as effective but shouldn't inhibit it's cumulative effects. I'm not 100% positive but someone else may add in.

From my understanding 1 is fine, 2 could give you slight joint discomfort

I have used FD2 about 12 out of the last 18 months. I found that its more of an all day GDA than one that gives a quick and noticeable effect like Slintensity. That being said, regular dosing as suggested will keep the GDA effect going - for an all day mild pump / fullness. Adding a GDA to an FD2 run for higher carb meals works great too.

You will most likely find that one is enough especially considering exotherm is being used. Your joints will tell you. We are all different. Try two - but expect to scale back after 5 or so days to one cap. Good luck!

also i can agree that at 2 caps of letrone every night for past month i have slight discomfort in my elbows and shoulder has been tweaked from yesterdays dumbbell pull overs and right shoulder has been cracking.

I am a super easy gainer, so its near impossible for me to lose mass. However, I allowed myself to gain about 10 lbs (I could easily have put on more naturally) and the a larger majority (than I experienced in 25 years of supplementation) was muscle. It seems; however, that muscle gained is retained if calories are kept up - once FD2 is stopped.

Lots of guys take it with their meal and see great results. I think alot depends on if it bothers your stomach at all. It does for some.
But FD2 has ingredients with super short half lives like Epicatechin and relatively long ones like Ecklonia cava. So regardless of when you take it you will see effects.

Can always start with 2 and scale back if needed. Its got many positive effects that are dose dependent such as increased HGH, IGF1, t3,t4 etc.
So....Id take 2 unless your joints begin to ache or you start losing libido etc.
