UPDATE: what I thought was FD2 preventing me from having better workouts was actually....Tr1umph?!?!? I know there's people out there who take it non-stop but I just had to stop it because I was getting more and more bloated. Couldn't even drink water mid-workout by how bloated I was.

Today I had my first workout without Tr1umph and instantly lifted more weight, had to wait less in between sets and just felt overall much better. Can finally appreciate FD2 as well.
I meant to ask you if you had prior experience with TR1UMPH. I went over my posts because I thought I did but it appears as though I did not. I also had a poor response to TRIUMPH that sounds similar to the way you felt. I took it once PWO and had zero energy and strength...I actually left after attempting a few sets and went home. I have not touched it again since. Sorry that I never actually brought it up...I could have saved you all that time of not knowing what was going on!

I actually have taken it many many times with no issues, but possibly there's something weird going on when I combine it with FD2? This was the first time I was taking it more than 8 weeks straight though, it could be that I was just too saturated of that, no idea.

I was also on FD2 at the time I tried it...you could be right that it is a matter of having an adverse reaction when stacked together...or for some people anyway.

Tr1umph + ABE + X-Gels was the best stack I've ever experienced, so I'm also wondering if there's something weird in between Tr1umph and FD2.
 
Will start a 4 week msten cycle, should I stack FD2 with msten or after the msten cycle.

This is up to you. Follidrone will complement the Msten in many ways. Increased protein synthesis, Increased glucose uptake into muscles, improved vo2max. It may even help manage your blood pressure which will almost certainly be scary high on Msten.
Or you can save it for after and use it as a boost during PCT or on its own.
If it were me....id stack.

Used FD2 on a cut for 8 weeks with great success. Started tranisitioning into a mass gain phase and funnily felt weaker. 3 days back onto Fd2 and my strength feels up the roof
 
Tudca for on cycle, Clomid as SERM and OL sup3r PCT and drink water like crazy. Anything else?

Yah something for Blood pressure and something for liver.
If you dont have access to prescription ace inhibitors or something you can use Milk thistle extract and celery extract for blood pressure and live 52 for liver.

Yah its surprising how much strength can go up with FD2. I have some powerlifting friends who love it.
 
With me being a bigger dude, yesterday I tried 100g carbs preworkout (usually do 50-60) 1hr before with 2 caps. Let's just say my lifts were way.. way above normal. Almost like on cycle and I'm in 3rd week pct. Trying another 100g for legs today. Not going to lie brundel I thought fd was all hype before I got it. I frickin love it. Stacking with OL superstrength too and I've dropped 5lbs in 2 weeks with GAIN in strength

Carbs and fd2 go hand in hand. The more carbs I eat the more my strength skyrockets on this s**t. Don't be shy. Eat up. Pasta. It's time to enjoy all the good stuff on fd2. Seems like it shuttles the carbs directly into the muscle.

Boom. There we go. Its all about finding the sweet spot with the carbs. It pulls so much glucose into muscles that if you really crank em up (carbs) muscles get super full and strength goes way up. Ive had FD2 days where my pump was better than any aas cycle. Really.
Weight dropping but strength is going up...during PCT!? Know of anything else that can do this that isnt a strong steroid? I dont.

Yup. I try to tell everyone. Dont be afraid to eat 50% more carbs. Like really get after it. Watch the magic happen.
Its very similar to the way insulin works except.....drum roll here...... it doesnt deposit a ton of fat like insulin will. Instead of distended bellies , diabetes and insulin comas you get shirt splitting pumps, strength and recomp in spite of huge increases in calories and carbs.

Definitely something. Glad you got it figured out m8. I love fd2.
 
Maybe the soy lecithin granules in triumph don't agree with your system. Other than that its good to hear you're starting to see fd2 really shine

But I never ever had issues with Tr1umph before, so...

That's what's so amazing about Fd2. You can eat above maintenance and still lose BF.

Just wanted to mention......how many natural products do you guys know of that help you increase muscle mass (indicated by the fact that the scale is going up while fat is going down) Increase strength, and decrease bodyfat in spite of the fact that your eating more carbs and more food in general.
These effects^^^ are why we use anabolics in the first place. Its almost impossible to gain muscle and lose fat without steroids.
Follidrone 2.0 can make this happen.

FD2, Viron and Letrone is a money stack brundel. I've got three more bottles of FD2 to run, and haven't quite finished up month one of the Viron/Letrone combo.... I'm currently at 189 trying to grow in the 205 weight class. Pushing the carbs + calories will get me there with minimal fat gain.

If you progressively increase cals over the next 6 months to a year you can (maybe) put on 16 lean lbs. Itll take some serious dedication and precision food intake but it can certainly be done. I like 500 cal increase every few (3-4) weeks. This is small enough and long enough generally for your body to keep up and for you to slowly grow. Always maintain a good protein intake. 1-1.5g. FD2 is the perfect tool for this.
 
Yeah my next meet is more than likely going to be in December... Was trying to do one in July, but right now the schedule doesn't look good. I had a goal of close to 200 by the December meet.

I just started FD2 today. When does it kick in and start making me YUUUGE.
For me it seemed to kick in fairly quick with added endurance in the gym in a week, week and a half... The recomp effect from two weeks on or so (if I recall). From there it gets better and better!

Eat moar!!! There's nothing wrong with complimenting your appetite just don't increase the cals too much. 1 fruit, 1 veggie, and some protein. Simplest thing on earth and no it's not pizza lol
 
I've actually loosened up the diet a little bit. As long as I hit my target macros the weight goes up and the body fat continues to drop. I'm having pizza tonight actually.... That being said I still hit protein and fiber goals and have fruits and veggies with nearly every meal.

I bought a $99 per year planet fitness membership just to eat pizza once a month lol.

Hell, First time I took it I was on a winter bulk and I dropped 2lbs in 8 weeks and dropped 2% BF.
The wife gained 5 lbs in 8 weeks and hated it. lol and she ate less than me by a long ways. she put on a nice 5lbs I thought. she didn't think so.

Did your wife go down in body fat at all or was it 5lbs on the scale?
